Sara found someone to come and take care of my sweet pup. Jillian was great and even sent me updates and pictures each time she went to see our dog. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders to have someone to check on her and allow us to do things that would take us away from the house for a long day. Highly recommend Sara and her team. We will absolutely use them again. And if there is a service you need that is not listed, just ask! They will help!

I can not speak highly enough about this yoga studio. First off, it is sparkling clean and very inviting. It is also located in a gallery, so if you are in to artwork, local jewelry, etc. there is some additional shopping for you to check out as well. I am always open to trying new classes, and new studios - this one, was one of my favorites of all time. Cena, the owner/instructor was amazingly sweet & kind - her practice both days was great, but very different each day. There were candles, incense, and again - just the atmosphere was awesome. I highly recommend checking out Hatteras Yoga while you are on the island, and I can't wait to come back! Great job Cena, keep up the good work! The studio is clean and spacious with a very relaxing vibe. I used the studio's props and mat and appreciated how clean they were. The bathroom was also well stocked and clean. I'm recovering from a hip replacement so I met with the instructor, Anna, prior to class. She was very friendly and encouraged me to do what felt best for my body at any time. The flow of the class was perfect for any level. I am new to yoga so it was comforting to notice Anna checking in with me during the class. I highly recommend this studio to enhance your practice and your OBX experience.

The Hayman St beach access is easy to locate and has ample parking spaces. The class was small, only 3 people and started on time. Lynn modified the class to target our reported problem areas and provided modifications as needed. Beach yoga in general is more challenging than yoga in the studio. Balance poses in particular are more difficult. Nonetheless, the peaceful, beautiful scenery certainly makes up for it. Relaxing and focusing on breathing and mindfulness is much easier on the beach. Plus Lynn properly eased us into the balance poses. The class was appropriate for all levels and cost $22 as a single class (in line with other local yoga studios). We enjoyed the class and hope to attend another class in the future!

Chelsea was a true professional - she made sure to speak to me before and after class, and although yoga poses on the sand can be a unique challenge, her instructions were clear while keeping it fun. I really enjoyed her class and would come back when I'm in the area again! I'd also like to sing praises to the gentleman I spoke to on the phone prior to signing up for my session. He gave me useful information on the 2 classes I was considering which ultimately proved to be helpful! I came into my session knowing what to expect and yet it exceeded my expectations. I can't say much about their in-studio classes, but based on my experience, I'm sure they're a hit too!
