We get a bill mailed, pay online through www.anchoragetank.com and then they typically come out and inspect the septic systems efficacy making sure it's running properly and if it needs being pumped out. Anchorage Tank is who our contract is with, they bills us and we pay, but these guys work for them, subcontracting. It's no fuss no muss, they arrive, do the annual maintenance checkup and leave. Apparently JRs won't honor the work due to the new owner, and they quoted the single mom $40,000 for a new system.
