We agreed on a plowing the driveway and shoveling the stairs and walkways every two inches. He called and texted me several times when there was snow instead of removing it automatically at 2 inches as agreed upon. He then came out, I paid him what we agreed upon and he left the job half done stating he'd need more money. I came home to a drive way half paved when I had told the tenants of the building it would be completed that day. He also didn't seem to have the equipment necessary to plow bc he said he needed to go get his ATV, so it may not have been the money.

They were available the next day, showed up when they said they would, and had it done by the time I got home from work. The gentleman who answered the phone, was very pleasant and helpful! Good customer service and reasonable prices are hard to come by these days, so it was a pleasant surprise to do business with Godwin Services.

When I booked the appointment I told the gal multiple times that I wanted the combined lawns done. She told me that the guy would call me before coming out and to tell him then. He came out unannounced and only did my lawn. It looks ridiculous having only the one portion done. I called to see if the guy could come back out at his convenience, like if he was out there for another job and just finish the lawn. Different gal on the phone when I called. She told me the guy was done and that there were no notes in my booking of my request or even a request to have him call me before he came out. That she'd make a note of it for next year. They made it like I was MY fault and were not considering anything to make it right. Small issue, not made right and because of it, I will not use them again.

They left tufts of grass sticking up, racing stripes and didn't even bother to mow a section. When I called the office to protest such poor work Patrick informed me his best workers did my lawn, that I was only paying 45.00 for a 75.00 dollar job. It took the workers less than 20 minutes to mow/weed eat the lawn, that includes unloading the mower. They no longer do my yard.

A remarkable firm that is totally customer oriented and friendly. Found out they even do some remodeling/contract services - definitely earned that repeat customer business from me! This team rocks!
