The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! He did a great job--was very tidy--and finished right on time! I noticed the air was fresher, and, of all, the persistent musty smell was gone from the powder room, which we initially thought was a P-trap we had already serviced (by a plumber). I also had him clean my dryer vent, and he came back to clean a couple of fabric chairs, which looked great afterward. Since I wasn't physically at the property I decided to call around for some quotes. As soon as I spoke with someone at the Clean Air Co., I knew they were who I wanted to go with. They got it scheduled and said the technician would call me once he assessed the vent. To my surprise, the technician reported that the vent was already really clean and told me it wasn't necessary. He said he'd of course be happy to do it but he thought I'd rather save the money. I'm so grateful for his honesty. Not only was he awesome, but both of the folks in the office who I spoke with were very friendly and helpful as well. So, while I can't speak to the services themselves, I feel I can strongly recommend the Clean Air Co. based on my interactions with three different employees, who were all the kind of people I'd want working for me. I will certainly call them when the need arises. Thanks again y'all!

Spring Hill Heating and Air was not the least expensive, but I had used them in the past so decided to keep my business with them on this project. As a REALTOR in the area, I have to recommend companies such as this often. I MUST SAY I WILL NOT BE DOING THAT IN THE FUTURE! The tech was to order a new pump and install it as part of the agreement. They came to replace the pump and it did not fit the space. (you would think a professional company would measure that prior to trying to install) The tech called the company and they told him to put the old pump back on and to tell me that they were just doing the new one as a courtesy anyhow... LOL... I am so tired of companies trying to convince homeowners of things that are just not true. I was told the pump was part of the deal. I even ask the question to the owners son in law and was told it was. So, Spring Hill and Air, You have lost my trust and I will find someone else to do my service work and installations .
