I didn't take the refund, because I felt like they did decent work and were able to meet my tight schedule. However, I did hire them for our move out clean, and the results are fantastic. The house is spotless, and I'm sure the new owners will be relieved to move in to a clean house.

Broomstick blessings cleaned our house exactly one time. After the first week we never saw a representative from broomstick blessings again. The owner refuses to take our calls. We have left countless messages for her to contact us and have been ignored consistently. This business and it's owner are big on promises but absolutely deficient in following through. I have never left a negative review online for a company but this level of malicious negligence inspired me to warn the public.
