Two basic pedicures came out be 105$.... and we didn't get anything fancy either. Every time I get my nails done here they're never ever up to my expectations, not only is the paint sloppy, the place doesn't have a uplifting atmosphere and they also tend to cut or injure you occasionally... When we were getting our pedicures there was only one person doing the pedicures and they let my mom's foot bath get cold, and also cut her nails unevenly. Towards the end when we were letting our nails dry the employees were seeming to be closing the store and one of the women mopped the floor with wet wash towels with no soap or anything... and another women picked trash out of the trash without gloves to dispose of it. In my opinion this is incredibly unsanitary and I would think a "spa" would have to have a medical like cleaning routine??

Since the weather has been nice the last couple days I was like hmmm... I should get my nails done! I have honestly been looking at this spot for the last couple weeks, and wasn't hesitant to commit because of all my previous bad experiences. Noe let me bring you to my visit yesterday with Trinity. I had seen her reviews online, and they were phenomenal (though I had went to other recommend ppl from reviews in the past and was left with terrible nails. So I was still nervous.. but hopeful) Trinity is WONDERFUL! She is the only person that works at the location, and you have her full attention during your appointment. She's super friendly, and chatty! And beyond that, my nails have never looked better. Legitimately the best manicure I have ever gotten.. EVER. My nails are perfect. Everything is even and the polish isn't caked on. She will ask you along the way how things are looking in the case you want anything adjusted too. We made a couple color swaps as we went, and they turned out better than the original idea! The location is small and quaint. Parking is all over, so you shouldn't have a problem with that unless maybe you go in a busy weekend day or something when there is something going on downtown. I did a full acrylic set (I had bare nails prior). It cost $97 for the set with the French tip & flower design ($97 does not include my tip!) Honestly SO worth it. I don't think I have ever felt like what I paid for a manicure made sense... Until yesterday. HIGHLY recommend seeing trinity for your nail needs! I literally have no notes. Except last 4. So there you assume they take card. Well hair is all done kid goes to pay with credit card. Don't accept card. WTF!!! Who does not accept card now days especially a salon! Anyways husband shows to pick up girls finds out. Of course a little irritated, but said he would need to run to ATM as why the hell would we pay $2.50 charge. But what really got us abd made our decision to never go back was yhe stylist word to him, " go there and straight back and make it quick we are closed. It's been this way for 5 years" Really?!?!? 1. we never been there 2. Why the #$%& you ask for my card number if I couldn't use it? 3. Why talk to a customer that way?
