The neon open sign was on however, the door was locked and it doesn't appear there's anyone in there. There was no sign indicating closed for the day or something like that on the door so I tried calling the business but no answer. I'd highly recommend giving them a call to confirm they are open before you make your way to their shop. Truly a bummer.

Even though East Vancouver is quite a drive for me I will follow her wherever she goes. She is extremely knowledgeable on products and she creates time in her busy schedule to teach classes for other salons on techniques and new products on the market. She is very educated and I'm always impressed with her knowledge! Sarah is attentive and understanding whenever I'm interested in a new style yet she is willing to tell me if it will not be right for me. I appreciate her knowledge and opinion. I am always inspired by her excitement for her customers well being and that she is certainly on the cutting-edge in this ever growing industry. No pun intended.

This was kind of a frustrating experience for me. I have (or, I used to have) really long thick…read morehair, which was pretty overgrown by the time I made it here. I think the stylist and I might have had a miscommunication because I asked for her to put more layers in my hair and clean up my bangs. She asked if she could cut off a little bit of length because of my split ends, and I said that was fine. But when I walked out she'd cut off a good four inches, and the layers were barely there. The ends of my hair are really boxy, blunt, and heavy now, but I'm afraid to go anywhere to fix it because I don't want to lose even more length. I hate to leave a negative review because this was a really nice place and the stylist was really kind but I'm so sad about my hair. I look like Lord Farquaad.

I was a bit nervous about having my hair processed again so soon after being messed up, but Jess was able to fix it and blend it very strategically! She also brightened up the rest of my blonde and toned it to perfection! I absolutely love how my hair turned out and had so much fun talking and laughing with her! I needed that so badly! As for the salon, it was so chic and beautiful with a fun atmosphere and the other ladies working there seemed just as good at what they were doing too. I am so glad I found her and will definitely be coming back!

DO NOT COME HERE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL…read more UPDATE: my toe is fully swollen and red and extremely hot to the touch. I'm so upset and now I have to manage this. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience but turned out to disrupt my next few days. Unbelievable $80 for this is absolutely insane. Got a pedicure here and the lady cut the side of my toenail down all the way to the cuticle. I can't walk on my foot because my big toe hurts so bad. I screamed when she did it and couldn't believe how much of my toe nail she cut off. When I got home, examined all my toes and she cut all of my toe nails at an angle and ruined the shape of my nail? I have no idea why. She did not paint my full toe nail. She painted about 70% of my nail and didn't paint any of the sides, got tons of polish all over my skin. Had to take today off because my toe hurts so had. I'm praying it's not infected. It's going to take forever for my nail to grow back and probably be an ingrown. Not to mention the entire time this lady was trying to up sale me on getting a more expensive pedicure and I kept refusing. It was exhausting. I am beyond pissed at how much my toe hurts. I can't believe it. Do not come here if you value walking. My friend came here and had the exact same experience. Except both of her toes are in serious pain. Go to lavish nails instead.

My…read moremanicure consisted of getting my nails filed far too much (vs. other shops that loosen the gel first with tin foil etc-all the lady at Infinity did was use her electric filer) Now my nails are weaker (which ISNT what a gel manicure is supposed to do) plus she didnt even get rid of all my old (and more brightly colored) polish either so I have been carefull trying to get rid of that too. Bottom line this shop did a BAD, hastily done and REALLY overpriced gel manicure. There are FAR better manicurists in Battle Ground-they may not be as fancy inside but I prefer to have a good manicure vs. a crappy overpriced one so the decor was useless to me (except I suspect the high prices charged help pay for all the matching chairs and TV's blah blah..) Oh yeah and I discovered when I was paying they also do a two dollar surcharge ON TOP of me paying 40 bucks for a lousy manicure. NEVER AGAIN!!!
