Both of our paintings came out pretty decent; my niece's painting, of course, came out the Best! I recently recruited fellow Elite All-Star Yelper Napoleon M to join me, and he enthusiastically came! We both painted "Rainbow City Lights"; another city skyline painting! Andrea, our instructor/Artist was great! Clear step by step instructions were given to us amateurs, at a good pace. We were able to follow along without any problems. I always say, with these painting classes, it's just amazing how everyone's paintings come out differently at the end. So much fun!! Must Paintbar is fantastic! They offer an array of different paintings on different dates. Check-out their calendar to pick which painting you'd like to do! Rates differ, depending on the time of day, day of the week, and date. Evening and weekend rates are higher. But they do offer a $10 discount per person, for first timers, so make sure to take advantage of this discount! They provide everything you need (canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, etc). So just bring yourself and an open mind, and have fun! Note: this is NOT a BYOB place since they have a bar and kitchen. Feel free to purchase items before (or during) your class! Make sure you reserve your spot ahead of the class, as spots may fill up fast (especially on weekends). Your group can sit together, even if you register for class separately. Just give your group a name, and notify them of which group you'd like to sit with. Plenty of parking in the rear parking lot. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. I hired Happy Little Brush Strokes as a painting activity for a bachelorette party, and the company was so easy to work with from start to finish. I reserved my date several months in advance because their calendar fills up quickly! You're able to choose one of the paintings from their website and adapt it to what you need. I chose to paint full-sized wine bottles (and place fairy lights inside of the bottle so it lights up!) since the bachelorette party was "wine themed." The price was $30 per person for the experience. I believe if you choose to paint a canvas, it's $25 per person. Happy Little Brush Strokes came all the way out to Greenport, Long Island to do this activity. The instructor, Bob, was an absolute delight, who was filled with so much positive energy! He provided everything we needed for the event (paint, brushes, water cups, the wine bottles, fairy lights).
