This place is absolutely fantastic. There is so much to do and it's honestly a blast! Today we went to a chunky blanket class. We are still early into it and I will update when we finish but this is such a fun place. The place is super neat, clean, and cozy! It has a wonderful atmosphere and the owner Ester is one of the most amazing people that I have ever met. Such a patient, kind, informative woman. She is the one who is teaching us how to do this and she's so sweet and helpful. She is making this a total blast. Our group all love her & they're having a blast as well. Update : blankets are finished and they look amazing! Ester was so fun and helpful and this whole night was a blast! My friend brought me along to this sip & paint class. We were traveling from the city and got caught into traffic so we called to let them know we'd be arriving late, they were understanding & said they'd catch us up once we arrived. When we arrived they gave us the materials and supplies that we needed immediately and caught us up to the rest of the class. We had a lot of fun and we were a part of a fun large group. Seeing the painted bottles upon arriving looked intimidating but it's actually not that difficult than it looks and we loved the way our bottles turned out. It's a fun outing with a friends and you'll have a keepsake to remember your night by. If you enjoyed your evening don't forget to tip your instructors :) read more

I went to a pallet paint night at Make It Too (a class scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.). I went home with a decent looking pallet (hence, the two stars). However: 1.) Check-in (when the students picked paint colors) took a total of 45 minutes--no joke. And, our class, which was supposed to end at 9:30 p.m., ended at 10:30 p.m.! 2.) The instructor (I don't know her name) spent way more time than appropriate promoting this business. She told us in horribly boring detail everything that Make It Too offers (e.g., types of crafts, types of parties, it's sister company), and interrupted our painting to take promotional photos. We felt we had no choice but to repeatedly "smile for the camera," instead of working on our pallets. 3.) The worst part was the instructor's unprofessional, passive-aggressive behavior. She treated her assistant, Christine, like dirt in front of all of us. She repeatedly told us to "sit in our seats" (like we were children). She rolled her eyes and made snide comments to painters. Students' questions annoyed her. The instructor's behavior was simply unbelievable. I have no desire to spend another 4 hours of my time here. read more

So much fun!!! I went here for the first time tonight and I cannot give them enough stars! Susan lead the class with the help of Jen and Christine and they were all so incredibly helpful and so accommodating in every way. I was a little intimidated with the whole process and was afraid I would mess up something with the paint, but Susan helped me make sure everything came out perfect! She gave me advice on colors, helped center my stencils and was so patient with everyone in the class and there requests. You can bring your own food and drinks (wine etc) and you can make this a fun night out with the girls. They play great music while working and the night is honestly such a fun night out! I would very much encourage you to go here and try them out the next time you wanna go out and do something different! I never post reviews! First ever since I was so taken aback! This was a children's' place. And I was there with my two little ones trying to book a party for one of them. My daughter was in tears! I am not even sure how this place is in business. Was planning on having my child's birthday here. Called them several times during their listed "open" hours (no answer), left a message, finally received a call back was told I can come visit anytime they are open. Went there at 4:35pm, one individual hosting a class (hardly acknowledging me said for me to wait 5 minutes), waited with my two little ones till 5pm. No brochure, no explanation of what the party package would be about. I called another place nearby to see if I could check it out for my daughter's birthday while the owner went in a room. I hung up the call and approached her, she instantly accused me of being on the phone with another company and bashed me! I was infuriated. I explained to her that I have been waiting for for about 20 minutes, she laughed at me and said she's hosting a class. I would have never gone if I was told there was a class being held! Unbelievable owner. Bad business ethic. I also saw her giving the class and she was awful (giving kids instructions on how to make slime should be a fun thing not a rocket science course)! FYI: the place is is horrid. If you want a pretty birthday, with nice friendly people and good with kids look elsewhere! read more

Tonight I took my friend for her 40th birthday to do the wood pallet paint class. Esther & her assistant were AWESOME! They were nice, very patient, professional & soooooo helpful. The place was clean, nice & a fun environment. We had so much fun. There's lots of designs to choose from & lots of colors to use. Can't wait to go back. Just be careful if you buy a groupon for this. I was told to make a reservation during covid when classes were scarce, I did as instructed and my voucher was cashed in and I never got to take the class. I've been trying to get Esther to make it right for a year already and all I get are excuses and now she's ghosting me. This was a Christmas gift for me so I got skunked. This art studio has the most fun and creative projects from woodworking to ceramics and painting. Esther, the owner, speaks and explains things to kids in the most calm and instructive voice. As an adult, I've taken a few wood pallet workshops here and loved it. The options are amazing and the staff is beyond kind. My son needed an accommodation and the owner stayed late to help him. Our instructor Susan was very rude and unprofessional. She treated our group like the special needs students of the group, while she gave nothing but positive feedback to the other 2 people who were not in our group. She even told me to sit down instead of standing by my friend while she was staining her wood pallet. I felt so stressed out the entire time. The instructor lacked patience and was not helpful to our group at all. Also, the directions were multi step and all given at once.
