Always turned up on time and kept the noise and mess to a minimum which was important to us because of our children. He also recommended where I could buy the hardware on the internet saving me literally hundreds of pounds if I had bought locally, even before I had taken him on for the job. His price was exceedingly reasonable and beat the other estimates I recieved. He proved that you can get quality cheaper.

Also told by the MD that all the one star reviews online are fake. When I pointed out ALL the online reviews were one star he said they had plenty of good reviews on their website. When I told him it would be very easy to put good reviews on your OWN website but why were there zero positive reviews on the rest of the internet he hung up. He's a sad little man with a tiny willy and a shit company. Thick, nasty scammers. DO NOT USE!

But he made time to come out to just get our water heater started that same day! He then came 2 days later and replaced our sump pump and water heater. My dad wanted a specific type of sump pump. He brought 2 for my dad to choose from! The water heater - amazing installation and he even put himself through some trouble for it on our behalf (thanks, Dennis!). From there, he recommended we get a stopper for the sewage drain. He drove all the way to Menards and they didn't have it. He promised he'd drop one off first thing in the morning. As we are drinking our coffee the following morning, we go to get the newspaper and there on our front step is the stopper! Mind you, this was at 7 ish in the morning. The first…read morething the gentlemen said when I opened the door was a lengthy complaint about how far away our house was from their business - which, presumably, they'd known about as soon as my husband gave them our address. He then proceeded to spend over half an hour patronising me (and suggesting the house wasn't mine!) before finally fixing our tap. When I asked how much it was, he refused to tell me and simply said 'we'll send you an invoice', then went off, STILL complaining about how long it had taken them to drive to us. The invoice arrived many days later (with half the address wrong and an incomplete postcode - which might explain how long it took to get to us), and they'd charged a whopping £126 to fix one tap. (Yes, you've guessed it - that included travel time.) I'd give them a wide berth.
