Always turned up on time and kept the noise and mess to a minimum which was important to us because of our children. He also recommended where I could buy the hardware on the internet saving me literally hundreds of pounds if I had bought locally, even before I had taken him on for the job. We were told they would find a solution after confirming we had paid the second call out fee and once we paid the fee they said they didn't want to do any more work for us. It is really sad that this type of company which clearly only wants to take advantage of customers is still trading.
