Dial a Rod was recommended to us by a plumbing company who were unable to resolve our drainage issue. they took time to analyse and research the problem before offering a solution that involved creating a new hatch to help with any future work. This will minimise costs in the future as the problem could be ongoing due to a poor drainage layout and shallow run of the pipes.
