Sorry to say they were very poor in my experience. Had them booked for a weekday afternoon service call. They didn't turn-up and only phoned me at 5pm to say they were't coming, after I'd taken a half day from work. Then they arranged a weekend visit instead and didn't turn-up for that either, so I waited in all day for nothing. I understand that jobs over-run sometimes, but the lack of communication was really poor and two missed visits doesn't inspire confidence. Edit: Marie did phone me at 4pm on Saturday and assured me an engineer would visit next Saturday at 9am without fail. Edit 28/11: It's 9.30am Saturday and the engineer isn't here. If I had a complaining customer and I'd promised that an engineer would attend by a certain time, I'd ensure they were on time. Late and no call. Very, very poor. read more
