Repeat Customer, about time I left a review for these excellent plumbers. I have used Piper Plumbing and Heating several times now, mainly on my rental properties but also my own home. From boiler repairs/replacement and servicing, complete property refurbishments with kitchen/bathroom plumbing, new central heating systems, leaking toilets just about everything. The standard of work is always first class, have never found better. They are completely trustworthy. I am at the point where I can just hand them the keys to my house and let them take care of the rest. When I need help at short notice they always go the extra mile for me. Had our bathroom done by them and would not recommend them at all. Very poor quality tiles are not levelled, poor grouting, badly fitted furniture and missing silicone as they did not seem to follow instructions carefully, chipped bath, 3 tiles with broken corners and 1 with a crack and I could continue.. They are not decent enough to admit their bad job and mistakes, and are not manful enough to take a bad review as they deleted one I left on their facebook page as well as blocking me from any future comments. And it looks like majority of all the 'great recommendations' left on their sites were simply written by their friends, that implies as well to all the 'likes' they recieved in a couple of days after deleting my comment. We were in that awful situation where we had a burst water tank and needed to stop the 'flood' quickly and see about a replacement boiler. I hadnt used Piper Plumbing and heating Dunfermline before but having seen the references on the internet we decided to call. They had other work scheduled but ensured they were there promptly and resolved the immediate issue. We then proceeded to have a combi boiler fitted and they pulled out all the stops to fit us in given we had no hot water or heating. From that very first call and throughout I am more than impressed with Piper Plumbing and heating Dunfermline, especially the staff for their professional and informative approach which helped us through a difficult time. Excellent care and attention from start to finish using quality materials. We now wish to replace our shower so will soon be asking for another quote (will be in touch soon guys!).
