I've modified my review out of respect for Matt and his family…read more I'm in the same boat as Jill L who posted 10 days ago. He gave me a reasonable quote for putting up the Christmas lights and we agreed. He stated at that time that the price we paid included taking down the Christmas lights in early January. When the lights were hung we had a couple issues, I wanted alternating red and white, he just put up just one color. Also I had wanted the garage outlined and that piece was missed. Ultimately, the job was made right and I paid in check when the job was complete. I've texted him on Jan 10 no response. Texted him on Jan 14 and he replied saying the crew would be there on Friday. Never showed. I texted again on Jan 24. He replied the next day saying his brother had passed. It is obvious to me that Matt's family suffered a horrible tragedy and was not in a place to respond. I can certainly empathize but wish there was more communication to just let me know the expectation beyond a "you'll hear from me when you hear from me" type response. Again, I'm sure I was the last thing on his mind. Matt has also offered to reimburse me for the added cost to take down the lights which I will take him up on.

Classy Closets is the best in the business! It is with great pleasure to enthusiastically endorse…read moreClassy Closets for your next home storage solutions project! Look no further if your plan is calling for custom cabinet room designs. Classy Closets' scope is limitless and no job is too big nor small. Jerry and Julie Caldwell, and their sensational design, manufacturing, and installation teams recently transformed our master closet and garage into each, an exquisitely organized space with increased functionality, sophistication, and harmony. There is nothing like the energy boost derived from knowing exactly where all our items are located- creating balance, beauty and peace- not to mention time efficiency. Areas which I previously entered with the goal of exiting quickly became areas which now bring enjoyment- the kind you wish to pull up a chair and admire. A new favorite room! As repeat customers, my family worked with Classy Closets in both Dallas and Scottsdale. Classy Closets originally came highly recommended from a designer who said she wouldn't call anybody else. I am glad I took that advice. One factor, which separates Classy Closets from other competitors, is that Classy Closets manufactures their own material at their shop in Grapevine. Also, they specialize in both wood and thermofused melamine in various finishes. Their showroom in Grapevine showcases their displays which exhibit their superior quality and perfection in material, innovative designs, and finish-out. Jerry and Julie know a thing or two about professionalism and operations as they've successfully run Classy Closets in the Dallas area for nearly 30 years now. They provide superb customer service which sets the bar high and Jerry and Julie's team is a testament to Classy Closets' CLASS-act reputation. Everybody on the team including Haley, Alex, Brady, Zao, Cedar, and Eliot & James (OUR two fantastic project installers) have been instrumental in making sure all details are perfect.
