Triple J's are selling these fake Juul pods(mango) for $40. The worker claimed they were real but it looks like some poop sloop to me. I opened the pack in front of him and he refused to exchange/refund me for the fake product. He claimed to have a contract with Juul to sell mango although they are no longer able to do this. Purchased a puff plus bar here TWO days ago, and it ran out today after the last one I purchased at 7-11 lasted me a full week. There's no way it was user error, so I called the shop asking if there was any way I could exchange it for a working one, since I spent $17 & got maybe 100 puffs out of it. The guy on the phone said that there was nothing he could do because they do ask customers to try them inside the store before leaving so they can vouch for the exchange, and that his boss is "super strict" with those kinds of things (basic customer service?). Understandable, especially due to their being disposable and COVID, however nobody asked me to try it out inside the store after purchasing it. When I raised this point he essentially said I can't help you sorry. I've spent lots of money on glass and butane at this shop, and even if I hadn't it wasn't a good experience if I were a first time patron & I'm SUPER happy that I know where not to go or send family and friends anymore! read more

Bought a Ezzy Oval Bar from this place and it was fake with no TM (trademark) logo. So took it back and to get another one and again the Ezzy was fake, so I asked for a refund and the owner said "here's your money back, and don't ever come back again" lol. Weird vibes. Went in to buy a battery for a cartridge and employee didn't really show me different ones or try to show the different amenities each battery have I had to ask. Since I know a bit about them I was able to choose one myself. I purchased the yocan hive and when I open it fully it had parts he didn't even mention. The battery had a separate attachment for dabs which I thought was very cool but it DID NOT WORK. My bf and I tried for about 30 minutes trying to get it to work. I finally decided to just go back in and the employee screwed on his own cartridge to see if it was the battery that was broken. The battery did fire with the cartridge but not for the dab attachment. He said there was nothing he could do, he couldn't exchange it although it was BRAND NEW. He said all exchanges were final which he didn't tell me when I bought it nor saw a sign stating it. I definitely will not come back here which sucks bc it looked like a really cool shop. But the regular shop I go to called Vape Works in Anaheim hills is WAY BETTER. They know their products, will help you out. I bought a battery from them and it stopped working a few weeks after I bought it and they exchanged it for me no problems. So just be warned about buying batteries from them. read more

The staff is incredibly friendly at this shop, Justin is working almost every time I come in and he's always very helpful and patient. The shop is well-maintained and the staff always has masks on. This shop is my go to! James, Gus, and Nick are always friendly and happy to see me! The vibe is always good and their prices are hard to beat! Also on an added note, to the girl who complained about her experience with them "not fixing" her vape, I was there the day you had your "bad experience." Your vape fired up fine. I watched you harass nick and scream at him trying to get other customers involved, which was incredibly Inappropriate, and you lied In your review because you said when you first bought it that it worked just fine, not that it was faulty from the start. You know their return policies (there really are none unless there is a very noticeable issue) and your vape fired up fine. Nick told you not to start heating it without hitting it, yet you continuously did just that and he even warned you that it would damage your vape. In my opinion, you left a bad review because you couldn't get your way even though your way wasn't within their return policy. This shop has been nothing but helpful and held good experiences for me and most of the other clientele I know. Sorry for the long review, I just felt it was necessary so people don't just come on and leave dishonest reviews of really amazing places simply because they don't get their way! This shop opened near my area and I decided to give it a shot. I am very pleased not only with the customer service, but their prices. The guy who helped us, didn't ask for his name, was so nice and knowledgeable. We walked in a few minutes before closing and didnt rush us or act as though we were taking up his time with all of my CBD questions. The staff takes covid very seriously and always wears the masks , one of the employees here named Doug was very respectful towards me and helped me pick out a good vape battery that was high quality and a good price, he could've recommended the expensive one but he was real and recommended his personally used one. Every time I go in i have a good conversation with all the employees and they always seem to be cleaning or reorganizing things around the shop. After being sold a nice electronic product I found out I was overcharged double a few weeks later. I had to continue to buy replacement quartz screws for the product every few days and the employees never corrected their mistake, even one time letting me know they didn't have what I was looking for even though, I had already bought the replacement screws a few times before from them. The manager when called let me know he can view his camera's for me and I responded yes please do, adding that I can also show my statement to prove I was overcharged. Upon hearing my proof he quickly changed his mind and said there was nothing he could do. I spent over 200 dollars in that short time believing they were an honest business. I believe the employees who helped me were not aware of certain prices or products, and that makes it a risky business to trust. Sad I really enjoyed the store but I know better now than to shop from there. read more

Really shady place. Went in yesterday to buy a replacement CBD cartridge because I had recently stopped nicotine vaping and needed something to help with the oral fixation. After sanitizing myself and the cartridge and its container, I attempted to put it on my 501 battery and try it out in my car. Then, noticing that the cartridge looked unlike the previous ones I had bought from this store and the same company vape, I decided to package it back up and take it back into the shop. I had also taken one puff in my car and there was a lot of the cbd vape juice sputtering onto my lips which is not a normal experience with this brand vape at all. I was immediately shot down by the employee working the store, telling me "the packages haven't been tampered with it's fine". Well, they aren't shrink wrapped or sealed, just in a plastic container that could easily be opened. Fast forward to not even a day later and there is still juice sputtering out of the mouthpiece and now the vape is tasting burnt. Called to see if I could exchange it for another since it hasn't even been a day (I was NOT aware of the return or exchange policies, I mean the lack of any policies), because I was told by the same employee that there's nothing he can do, it's his boss' policies and all sales are final. I'd think a company that is selling possibly dangerous stuff would want to stand behind their customers to make sure they are vaping safely and are satisfied, but apparently not this one! Steer clear. Vape Citi and Fullerton Glass and Vape are much better options. read more
