The objective of the project was to find and create more space within the existing footprint, update and upgrade our room space and the quality of materials, and lastly to create a new custom look within the home, so it would last us for many years to come. The first and most critical phase of the project was to make sure that the existing house bones could withstand the additional loads of adding a new floor to an existing structure. Levi and his team were extremely thorough, they took time to understand our wants, wishlists, and needs. They drew it all out for us so we could clearly see the changes. When it came time for demolition, framing and building the new structures - this process went very quickly - and all the new built items exceeded my expectation in terms of the quality used - as well as the specs it was built to. Additionally, Levi and his team found many existing issues with our building - that he went above and beyond to correct them while we had openings in all our walls. Levi always served as a voice of guidance, a regulation rule follower, and treated our house like it was his own. Nor corners were cut, no shortcuts were made. Turns out the entire roof over the bathroom was uneven and improperly installed and needs to be replaced. Of course, the original roofer is AWOL and according to the seller, there's no warranty on the previous shoddy work. Despite this unique situation, Frank handled communicating with me (current homeowner) and the seller of the house who would be paying for the repair with incredible professionalism. Frank emailed detailed estimates promptly, answered my calls and texts at all hours of the day -- and sometimes night. When it came to do the work, he and one other worker did the work in half a day! Frank even sent me pictures of each step of the roofing progress so I know what's underneath those new shingles! They tracked down the specialty shingles to match the original roof exactly. The area JV Roofing Solutions replaced looks exactly like the rest of the original roof, which is the goal! More than that, Frank and team went above and beyond! He looked around the rest of the roof and was honest that it was in mostly good condition but covered up a few exposed nail heads that he noticed. Like the way they installed the dishwasher that almost ruined our granite the loose floor boards they had to fix or the chimney that was required repair to keep water from leaking down our walls during the first major rain. But what has made me write this review is the pipe in our attic that the AC people properly installed and Infinity had the plumber CUT to install the hot water heater and they never fixed. So 5 years later we are seeing wet spots in our ceiling only to find out neither Infinity or any Inspectors noticed or caught the fact that we had a cut pipe in our attic that is causing major damage. Now they don't answer the phone when we call Mike Wilkinson, the President which is the only number on their website. If you are considering a home from them, get a 3rd party to inspect every centimeter of the house before you sign on the dotted line.
