On the spectrum of hipster pizzas...Triple Beam is sadly toward the bottom. This entire set was about $50 and fed 2.5 people. The third was still hungry after lol. The mushroom is the best. Loaded with toppings and a nice fungi taste. The pineapple with prosciutto was surprisingly blander. The pineapple was barely noticeable and not sure prosciutto is the best meat option here. A simple ham would've shown brighter and add a saltier punch. Just overall it was meh and for the price quite outrageous. These were small slices and very thin (though I love thin pizza). This should've been $25 tops. It's a pickup stand with a few tables, not like they're doing fine dining either. Will not be back. The staff were super kind and even gifted me a couple extra slices.
We ordered takeout and decided to do half a pizza of ROASTED MUSHROOM AND SHALLOT + half of SAUSAGE, ROASTED FENNEL & FONTINA. The pizzas are pricey compared to the major chains, but do note that they do give you plenty of toppings on your pizzas and it's not a sprinkle only. The roasted mushrooms one had plenty of mushrooms and it was delicious. The sausage and fennel one had plenty of fennel but not much sausage though. Service was fairly fast and is a very casual takeout experience. I'd definitely go back for the mushroom pizza.
Great pizza at a great price! We stopped by for their lunch special and it was fantastic! My sister had the sausage, roasted fennel and fontina and I had the acorn squash pizza. They were both so flavorful and complex. My nephews had the pepperoni which they both devoured. The lunch combo comes with a drink (soda, water or lemonade) and is only $10!! The server at the counter was friendly and helpful and they even double cut our pizzas so we could share. We enjoyed sitting at the counter inhaling our delicious pizza. This little shop is definitely a must try in my book!
Such a unique pizza experience! Every slice we had was really good, but the acorn squash pizza absolutely knocked it out of the park with its perfect sweet and spicy flavor. The location is a vibe, it's in a sort of food court right next to a wine shop, so we grabbed a bottle of wine to go with our food. Super chill spot surrounded by cool vintage shops. Highly recommend!

Pepperoni was so crispy and delicious. Bacon pieces so crispy and delicious. Root beer was again crispy and delicious. Omg thanks for the best lunch ever.
Triple beam hack is to come in a group of 3 and each get the 3 slice deal (I think it's called a quarter sheet?). That way you can each try 3 different slices! My favorite is always the potato pizza!!!

I got the half vegan Margherita pizza and it's so delicious! I'm lactose intolerant, so I've tried a lot of vegan cheeses and this one doesn't have that chemical-y or plastic-y taste. You won't get a cheese pull from it but it tastes really nice. The half size is good too - I got it for myself but I definitely had enough to share. The service was fantastic - they were super nice and offered me still or sparkling tap water while I waited for my pizza. I'm excited to go back and add some additional toppings next time! This is my new go-to vegan pizza place
Not your average pizza. We got the potato sage and truffle and margherita pizza. Amazing taste! Great service, easy and fast. There isn't a lot of seating inside, it's meant for a quick bite and go.
Our delivery was cold. Otherwise this would be a solid four. The pizza is delicious. We were able to customize not only the pies, but serving sizes, do everyone was happy. We actually ordered too much. Do U would say portions are generous. Toppings are generous too, and there are a few non-traditional toppings that keep things interesting. Great option if you a pizza craving. Recommended.

Even without deep dish in the mix (not my thing), Triple Beam wins for me every time. Their crust is perfection, their toppings are fresh and inventive, and the flavor combinations are unlike anything you'll find elsewhere. If you go, you must explore different slices!! trust me, you'll be surprised by what steals your heart. For me, the Acorn Squash, Roasted Mushroom, and Vegan Chorizo are absolute standouts. The vegan one especially shocked me by making my top three, and I am not a vegan pizza person. The balance of flavors, textures, and seasoning is spot-on, and every slice feels like it was crafted with intention. Triple Beam isn't just a pizza spot it's where flavor and creativity meet, and I can't stop coming back. 12/10
Great pizza but the outdoor sidewalk seating is gone on a Sunday at 6pm. The back patio is just for Hippo but you can't sit there even if it's completely empty snd not being used with no place settings. It's also not blocked off and there's no signage. Stick to takeout/delivery. "dine outside" on the web site is a lie. Disappointing.
Best sausage, roasted fennel & fontina pizza evah. Price is right, portion is good, and service was friendly. Cool vibes at this location with bar top and bar stool seating. Worth the visit...and return.

Wowzers, What a spot. Employees/staff and even the security guard are all very kind and friendly. Super welcoming. I very much felt the love here Service was fast, beyond exceptional and cozy casual ambiance. They are very friendly and attentive. As for the pizza , I must admit this was difficult to compare to anything else I've had. From having travelled the world, Italy definitely came first, this is among my top five. The dough was the star of the show as well as all the mushrooms . As for the price, it ended up around $48 for one pizza. I'm sure the cheaper ones are as delicious. read more

I did a date night sitting and the family bought pizza and it's my first time trying this place. They ordered through doordash and because we're far the food came sadly cold but the pizza was pretty good. I asked for the potato with truffle cheese and it was pretty good but it was extremely oily. It was over oily in my opinion, but the pepperoni was really good. It was tasty and it was super yummy. I highly recommend eating the pepperoni pizza! I plan to come here and try other flavors if I'm ever in the area because I don't really order food online that often so I would like to try it there. read more

I saw a lot of people taking pizza boxes from Triple Beam. I got a whole pizza: half vegan margherita and half pepperoni. The pizza is more of a flatbread and thin. I didn't eat any slices when it was hot but wasn't a huge fan of the thin pie. The toppings were fresh. The service was really good. You get a text when order is ready. More of a take out place but they do have a little seating. read more

Overpriced and fell off for me. I used to buy pizza from here strictly but then they got rid of my favorite topping pizzas and the only good one left is the Prosciutto one. Bring back Street corn pizza and the Korean bbq pizza. Everything else is mid except if I ever crave prosciutto then I'll order from here otherwise it's purgatory pizza and prince street for me. read more
Bf and I were walking around HP waiting for Hippo to open and we were starving and wanted a snack and drink. We opted for their green bean salad that honestly when I looked at it looked wilted and small. But omg we both agreed it was the best salad we have had in a while. Toasted hazelnuts, spinach, pan fried green beans... I can't remember what else but it was so good. The dressing was on point too. After having the salad and it being so good we had to try the pizza LOL We got the sausage "slice" and it was def enough for two or one if you're hungry or eat a good amount. It was 3 small square slices. Very good quality ingredients. It was a bit heavy and buttery(?) but it was really good. Will be back if I'm in the area. read more
I ordered through doordash. They have lunch specials from 11-2pm for $10 1/4 pizzas and a drink of choice. A 1/4 pizza has 3 rectangular slices. The pizzas I ordered are all 1/4 since I wanted to sample the unique flavors they offered. Roasted Fennel & Sausage: 3/5 Tastes like typical sausage pizza, the fennel bulbs adds a crunch to it. I paid an extra 25 cents to add marinara. I thought it would be a marinara layer under the cheese but the marinara was dolloped on top. I was also disappointed that there weren't any of the fennel fronds (green leafy top parts) garnished on top of the pizza like how it was advertised on the doordash photo. Roasted Mushroom & Shallot: 3.5/5 Surprisingly this was my favorite out of the three! The flavor reminds me of eating garlic bread. The shallots added a nice onion/garlic flavor. My 1/4 slice also seems like there is way less thyme/herbs on top compared to the other photos here as well. Acorn squash: 3/5 This is my first time eating acorn squash and the taste was very subtle. The squash was thinly sliced. You can taste the hint of honey glaze on the focaccia and the crushed red peppers added a mild spicy kick to the experience. Hibiscus Lemonade: Not sure if they make this drink themselves but it was pretty good. It was sweet, tart and tangy. Overall, I thought the pizzas were just ok. I did wish there were more cheese. The thickness of the focaccia was inconsistent. It was extremely thin and crispy on my roasted fennel and sausage pizza. It was thicker and more bready on my acorn squash and was in the middle for my roasted mushroom shallot pizza. read more

One trendy option in Highland Park is Triple Beam Pizza, the fast-casual brainchild of renowned LA pizzaiolos Nancy Silverton and Matt Molina (both of the acclaimed Pizzeria Mozza). The square, Roman-style pies are gingerly served starting in "quarters" that are further sliced into 3 dollar bill-sized cuts. Triple Beam's departs from more traditional al taglio joints in its whimsical toppings and sheer freshness, the latter of which is owed to the shop's impressive turnover. The Highland Park location shares a semi-enclosed warehouse-turned-food court with just a handful of co-tenants. Peek into the sweeping windows filled with industrial cookware and stacks of custom pizza boxes as you make your way to the ordering window down the hall. After picking your favorites from the chalkboard-style menu, grab a metal barstool at the narrow, L-shaped counter among the takeout crowd. Twinkle lights hang from the exposed beams, and contemporary pop rings out from the kitchen. Unsure how much to order during our first visit, my partner and I opted for 3 "quarters" and a focaccia, expecting leftovers. Like most Roman-style pizza, the crust is light and airy, more akin to a flatbread than most heavy-duty American crusts. The cuts are decorated sparingly with sauces and toppings, culminating in a distinctive crust-to-topping ratio. Our favorite pizza variety (and the most complete option of the bunch) was the Roasted Fennel and Sausage with Goat Cheese. Across the earthy fennel, sweet sausage, and rich cheese, every bite had an excitingly dynamic array of flavors and textures. We also enjoyed the marinara-forward Pepperoni, brushed gingerly with mozzarella and sauce to allow the crispy pepperoni rings to shine. In contrast, the Potato Sage and Truffle was dominated by the starch; the truffle-y cheese was overshadowed by a bland layer of scalloped potatoes. Finally, the Charred Onion & Rosemary Focaccia left plenty to be desired. The olive oil-laden bread still felt dry; the single slice of onion quickly fell off the top; and any semblance of rosemary was nowhere to be found. Our bill ran $36, and the meal left us feeling moderately full (despite the serving recommendations, a normal appetite can definitely eat more than a single "quarter"). After eating, we moseyed our way past the back parking to a hidden wine bar, Highland Park Wine. Here, guests were encouraged to enjoy Triple Beam slices with a beverage complement -- a collab I definitely will try during my next visit. read more

I really enjoyed this pizza and especially since it can be hard to find good, thin crust pizza in LA. It is Roman style pizza (rectangular, thin crust, cut into smaller rectangular slices) with a variety of toppings to choose from. You can either get a large slice, a half-pizza, or a whole pizza and I'd say getting half a pizza per person is a good place to start. Unfortunately a whole pizza here is going to cost you between $30 - $40 so if you are looking for dollar pizza this is not your place. However, it did taste good and satisfy my pizza craving. I tried the half mushroom & shallot and the half pepperoni pizza. The mushroom & shallot is topped with mozzarella, fontina, black truffle cheese, and loads of roasted mushrooms. It's very flavorful with that umami kick. Pro tip when you order delivery pizza - throw it in the air fryer for like a minute or 2 at 400F and it will crisp up the pizza and get that cheese even meltier for maximum enjoyment. I added some garlic powder and a little Parmesan and this pizza was fire!! The pepperoni had a classic pepperoni flavor and the pepperoni itself was tasty and crisp. I finished the pie satisfied, but still wondering if worth $40. I guess to get good pizza and not something doughy and lacking in flavor from some other place, it might be worth it! read more

I stopped by for lunch and ordered this before getting to the area. It was ready before the set time and I arrived before the set time. It was not busy but it was first thing at 11am. The pizza was warm and the cheese did the cheese pull. It was delicious and crispy. I definitely recommend for lunch to share. Tha ambiance is super chill and the staff is super friendly. The food was delicious!!!! The menu is pretty experimental and I wasn't sure if I would like brussel sprouts on pizza but I really wanted bacon so i got it anyways- AND I'M SO GLAD I DID BECAUSE IT IS MY NEW FAVE PIZZA EVER!!! Love the combination. The spot is so cute and there's lots of thrift shops around for an after-pizza outing. The service was quick and friendly! read more

Nancy Silverton one of the pioneer chefs of the culinary world. Triple beam was stumbled upon while visiting family in the area we decided to stop in. Walking through the corridor it felt like I was walking under a boardwalk. Just follow the signs. The flavor combinations were exciting! While glancing over the menu our salivary glands began to water and eagerly awaited our order. It's a pick up window with very limited seating. So we opted for a tailgate. Once we got our boxes of treasures we dug in. Oh man these flavors make you happy dance while you're chewing. It's really fun to try new combinations to broaden your flavor profile dictionary. Food is an experience and triple beam will dish out the best. read more

It's counter service not sit down. Just depends on how crowded it is

I would call ahead. We overheard the owner telling a guest that they were working on perfecting a gluten-free crust recipe and that they planned to add that option very soon.
