We were first-time buyers, and he was great at explaining the process and preparing us for what to expect. He also was very good about asking what we liked and didn't like about a place to help us figure out where and what to consider. When we found a place that we loved, he did a great job negotiating our purchase price. The first offer we made was accepted, and it was well under our max! And when we were under contract, David was there every step of the way and gave us good, realistic advice about what we could ask for from the sellers after the inspection. He has also been amazing about continuing to check in with us to make sure everything is going ok with the house.
