They helped me refinance my property and alerted me to several bank related issues which really, weren't even their problem. It all went great, property refinanced. Alasgar "Ali" also mentioned if we ever wanted to sell our condo, to speak to him. So we did the following year. We were concerned about not having enough equity to proceed with the sale.
