The contract I signed says they take pride in their work, follow the S520 standard and are an IICRC Certified Firm. All of these claims are false. Additionally, they don't even have a Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license that allows them to legally conduct home improvements in Maryland. The were supposed to remove and clean the mold, but all they did was remove a wall and paint over the rest of the mold, dirt, dust and debris that was present prior to the start of the project. Completely unprofessional! Curtis should be embarrassed by how he conducts business. See photos of all the dirt, dust and cobwebs they left behind after they said the project was complete and they "HEPA vacuumed" 3 times. Clearly they didn't even vacuum once. Also, they broke my toilet lid and tried to cover it up so I wouldn't notice.

All the information and they provided to me prior to the launch of the project was completely misleading. I'm still waiting six months out for my three-year warranty in writing that I've never got.  And now I'm experiencing water pressure issues from a project that was completed this June 2021. I've made multiple attempts to have them come out to remedy the problem with no success. Consumer beware. Capital  restoration management is probably one of the worst organizations to interact with.

I was referred to Free Line Plumbing by the company owner who installed my lawn sprinkler system…read more The plumbing technician called ahead and scheduled an appointment to install a water sub-meter, backflow device, and attach back hose bibs to the sub-meter. He provided a thorough overview of the work being done and offered alternative options that might save on upfront costs. His detailed explanation was clear and concise with no pressure if I elected to postpone any non-critical work. The quoted price was very reasonable, and the job was completed within hours of them contacted me. The technician provided a detailed bill along with a written warranty that was easily understood. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this company and will contact them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

There were multiple issues that arose, that were addressed initially. The communication from the company was good especially during the active work period (almost borderline too much communication), but once the fees were paid, the communication seized. I tried to understand how they repatched my yard. My yard was a mess. It took me weeks to repair/repatch. They had to come back out to repatch my foundation which was leaking due to not having enough sealant in the initial repair. The technician who came to add sealant after the initial work, even stated that the product used (plastic piping) for my repair was not ideal (I was never told or relayed the differences in material strength or longevity, never given options). I expected a bit more from this company based on the recommendations that i was given.

Best estimate of the three I received and no surprises to the final cost. The only company to requier a county approved work permit. Yard was flawless after completion, grass was reseeded and the yard looked like the pool was never there. There was unavoidable dirt left in the street where dirt was loaded in the dump truck but was completely gone after the next rain fall. No issues, no speed bumps, no damage and excellent grading skills. I will definately use them again for any excavation projects and would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!
