Worst customer service ever. When calling, you have to speak…read moreto a robot for 30 minutes, answering around 10 questions. Then, you can speak to an agent that ask again the same 10 questions. The agent finally says it'S not his department and send you to another robot, asking again the same questions. Then you are sent to a voicemail to save your number for a callback. The day after, you receive the callback and they put you on hold for 5 minutes. Then a new agent is asking again the same questions. The agent just repeat the same cassette again and again to be sure to not answer your real question. So I answered around 100 questions to not receive any answer for my only question. Congrats. I never saw a worst service in my life.

I say that because I have been to some other post office locations with miserable employees! But I highly recommend this place as they are super helpful and imformative and always look out for you by offering the most efficient and cost effective ways to ship. Today I went in for a book of stamps and was in and out within two minutes. Thanks for the great service!

We just moved to the area and this is everything you need a library: friendly staff, online portal…read moreto hold library books, a kid section, Wi-Fi, and an easy check out station via multiple kiosks around the building. Covid has made things a little different, but it seems like they have pivoted, updated, and re-updated their policies as things change. In the past they have held in person story time and events, and I am pretty sure have started to bring it back. Otherwise they have an online platform to still have their clients access events. Just FYI, this location doesn't have the biggest kid section but I always am able to check out the books I went by requesting them online first!

The staff here are really friendly, and eager to help you find books or make suggestions when you are looking for something new. They have a pretty decent sized children's book area, so this is a great place to bring the kids for story time or for them to pick out some new books to bring home. When the weather's nice, this is a great place to come to and sit outside while enjoying a good book. There are benches in the "garden" where you can have a moment of reflection, or sit with a friend. They offer a lot of activities and events on site, so as you walk in the doors, be sure to check their bulletin boards for dates/times.

Unfortunately, the party is this afternoon. I called the post office and Anthony contacted the driver who was just about to leave the facility with my present. The driver was kind enough to take the package off his truck and place it for pick up at the customer window. The driver and Anthony just made my day and my 4 year old granddaughter's birthday too. After she took our photos we were standing at the counter when she told me "take your children over there I have no room " all though there's a 4' deep countertop separating us. My 13 year old daughter wanted to stay with my wife because she is a very Inquisitive young lady the woman behind the counter insisted multiple times for her to back away from the countertop for some unknown reason. Just rude
