Another Fantastic Experience with Shades Of Gray Window Tinting!…read more Every time I get a new car, my first stop is Shades Of Gray Window Tinting in Feasterville-Trevose, and for good reason! They do an absolutely amazing job. This was actually the eighth time I've trusted them to tint the windows on one of my new vehicles, and they never disappoint. The pride they take in their work is evident in the quality of the finished product and the way they operate their business. They run a seamless operation where everyone works together toward one common goal: a very, very satisfied customer. That kind of teamwork and commitment to quality is becoming increasingly rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Every dealership I've purchased a vehicle from has offered window tinting services, but I've always declined. Instead, I choose to travel quite a distance to have Shades Of Gray do the job because I know exactly what to expect: outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and results I can count on. Bravo to the entire team at Shades Of Gray Window Tinting! Eight vehicles later, I'm still a very happy customer. Keep up the fantastic work!

I left an email message the prior night to ask for a quote to replace a broken rear glass on my car. The very next morning at 8:30 am I had a response confirming they could do it that day with a cost much lower than safelite. Meanwhile Safelite was going to take an extra 5 days before they would replace my glass. In addition, I wasn't going to be able to get to the shop until later in the day and Paul called back a few of his guys to make sure the replacement was installed before the rains coming the next few days. These guys truly care about the customer and deliver high quality work. Doesn't get better than that!

After a recent 50 minute drive the "Check Tires" light on the dash went on. The next day I called Burns and they were able to take a look at the tires the same day. He filled each to the proper pressure and was done in 5 minutes. He drove my vehicle around to the front and handed me the key. No charge.
