I had a cracked pipe in a water supply line that fed our outside faucet and irrigation system. We contacted several plumbers at around 6pm on a Wednesday evening, and Juan at Abarcas not only responded first, but was an actual human - not an automated reply!! This was very comforting and reassuring as he started asking very specific questions about the pipe, location and supply lines - obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. I sent over some photos and he responded with "I'll be there in 20minutes" !!! He showed up 20 minutes later at around 7pm, he examined the whole situation carefully and gave me a number of options. He provided an immediate repair to help stop the leak and get our water supply pressure back to normal for a very reasonable price. He then returned at 9am the next day to complete the repair and add an additional valve to isolate the irrigation system - so better than before. A real person called and left a message. I called back to explain what I was interested in and he scheduled an appointment for that day (I think). I was assured that I'd be called or texted when the technician was on his way. I expected to have to wait the full 2-hour window I was given, but no! I was called about 5 minutes before the window started to see if I was still available. The technician arrived exactly on time, right at the start of the window! After a short explanation of my needs he just said "OK, let's take a look at the space and talk about it." He explained every step of what they'd do to install a tankless water heater, he looked at the whole area to check for pipes, electrical access, spacing inside and out for a condensation line - making feel very comfortable that it would be planned before the installation to avoid last minute issues. A big plus, he told me he'd be part of the installation team. He also told me I should go ahead and get another few quotes. I think these guys are confident they're giving the prices in the sweet spot of costs. Then we spent time just talking about landscaping and plants! I'm not in a hurry to start this project, it's on my list of improvements and I'm just starting to investigate. However, I'm extremely impressed with the service given at this stage, the thorough approach in explaining, and the honestly. I will get another quote, but the next one has a high bar to cross; not only the service, but Water Heaters Masters quote was WELL below the only other quote I had gotten so far.
