After posting my project on Yelp, Allstar Plumbing immediately contacted me, and with the hour Josh arrives at my fro t door. He clearly explained his two options for fixing the faucet, one less invasive and if that didn't work, a more invasive solution that would involve crawling under the house. Fortunately Josh was able to release the soldered-on coupler and attach a new brass hose bib directly to the copper pipe which would eliminate the corrosion which caused the original faucet to fail.
