After a few years I moved around and have seen a LOT of eyelash extension providers. It's hard to know who the best people are so whenever possible I go to the Novalash website to see if there are any trained people in the area (and I'm pretty sure Rachel gave me that tip). I've noticed that the best people always come from Novalash (Viva La Lashes - check), don't start sessions by telling you how terrible your last place was (Viva La Lashes - check), and start with the novel idea of asking you what you'd like (Viva La Lashes - check). Besides that, I've always been SO HAPPY with how I look when I come out. My lashes are full, not unnaturally long, and they're done quickly. Rachel (the owner) is awesome. She does beautiful work, is fast, and is really nice. Jenn is also incredible! She really works hard to make sure that every lash is touched up and they look full and beautiful. I worked with her for months and EVERY TIME I went in she double checked to make sure that I wanted the same look I got last time. I've been traveling for the past few months and miss her a ton! They're also both great people. I've only worked with Brooke once when she first started there, but from what I remember she was great too.
