Directed us to our perfect seats (1st-row balcony) but more importantly, so helpful; with people needing assistance such as walkers, wheelchairs, and elderly - so kind and knowledgeable. The Employees run their shows in a totalitarian manner. By which I mean any small complaint or note you have is taken as a great offense and disrespect and grounds for dismissal from a show you PAID TO BE IN. This is possibly understandable in the young kids show but insanity for a teen show. Worried you'll trip of your costume is made longer in the front. Rude. We're in the bathroom when you were called on stage during rehearsal. How dare you, better not defend yourself. The workers are nice up until the end and then no matter how good you're doing they become impossible. I feel lucky I aged out and can't return because I don't think I could manage being in another show. Another note. They recently lowered the age to enter the teen show and expected the tweens to act with the maturity and awareness of high schoolers. A standard while not impossible is difficult to meet.

Small intimate theater, every seat is a winner. The low rating is because AFTER you purchase your tickets, you are informed that proof of vaccination record must be presented at the theater before allowed to enter. NO REFUNDS. Taylor, one of their honchos, interrupted the show three times to make a person in the audience move their mask up to cover their nose. It was opening night after a long shutdown, so I hope they get their "act" together in the near future. In the meantime, this was the first and last time I will go there.
