The clinic swiftly scheduled a consultation. I went in to my previous, long time dentist because I didn't trust this advice and he said this was an aggressive and unnecessary recommendation. What a waste of time! Thank goodness I was wise enough to seek better guidance, not waste thousands on a painful and unnecessary procedure. It took 2 hours for a basic cleaning appointment that typically takes 1 hour. When I requested my X-rays be sent to the other office, this was not done so I had to call 3 times to get them to send. They did not send the panoramic x ray so my previous dentist VERY kindly gave me a free one. I think he felt bad for me for being mistreated here and saw that I had requested but not received the xrays requested. Terrible experience! Do not recommend, re-think your ethics and treatment of people.

As I've had many many bad experiences at the dental office, I started using Dr. Barry and his staff because I really needed gas during my cleanings to relax. I also have very sensitive gums. There were always very accommodating and said that they wanted their customers to be comfortable and that they would provide it complementary. About six months ago when I came in, without notice, they told me that it was no longer complementary. They were able to provide it for that appointment but told me I needed to talk to Dr. Barry about future appointments. When I spoke to him, he told me it was because a lot of people "come in to just get high". I was shocked. I looked at him and said do I look like that kind of a person? You know about my Dental anxiety. After the appointment the agreement was he would provide it one more time and then we would discuss further. On my next appointment, they started the nitrous as usual, but when she started to clean my teeth, it was apparent that the nitrous wasn't working and I asked her to turn it up. She said she couldn't turn it up any further that it was the highest it could be. When I asked her just to give me a couple more minutes to breathe it in and get relaxed, she gave me about 30 seconds and then said " i'm being told I have to get started now". What? It was ridiculous. You can't even give me two minutes to be able to get relaxed in your dental office. When I was making my next appointment I told her that I wasn't comfortable with the way she talked to me and that I wouldn't be back. Then I receive a letter in the mail saying that they were unable to maintain their standards so I was no longer welcome there. I have very good insurance and I was a good patient. But there are many dental offices and so I'm happy to move closer to home. Just beware.

I recently moved to the Everett area and didn't have a dentist here yet. I called into Perfect Smiles and they were able to get me into the clinic that same day! The dental assistant and Dr. Gowda were both great- they immediately made me feel at ease, were efficient, and made the experience as comfortable as it could be. I feel confident in Dr. Gowda's hands- she's experienced, professional, and very knowledgable at what she does. I didn't know what to expect with all of the Covid-19 restrictions going on right now, and I was pleasantly surprised with the precautions they were taking. Before checking in, they had me call in when I got to the clinic to limit the amount of clients in their waiting room. When I entered, they immediately had me wash my hands (and had a full system for helping stop the spread of cross contamination). The office and staff are definitely surpassing the necessary regulations that our governor has set for WA state. If you're looking for a new dentist- I'd highly recommend checking this place out. I always try to support women owned business, and I looked pretty hard to find a dentist when I moved. Dr. Furman is kinda the only reason why anyone should consider coming to this practice. The front desk ladies greet you when you walk in, but it always feels forced. They are quite catty - have been overheard being judgy about patients both in English and in Russian and they don't seem to care who hears it. I've seen them roll their eyes and take on quite dismissive tones when a patient ask questions, which makes me very careful about how (or whether) I approach them. The first hygienist was super abrasive both in words and in her use of force. The second hygienist felt like she barely did anything in what should have been a deep cleaning. It was just unpleasant enough that I didn't immediately leave the practice, but after a few visits I decided that I rather drive 45 minutes back to my old hygienist at Complete Dentistry. I probably would not recommend, but if you're from an eastern block country, they would probably be quite lovely to you.

The attention to detail, clarity of instructions, friendliness of all staff, and ultimate care for me was more than I could ask for. Dr. Pellegrini does not settle for anything less than perfect, but it was also a partnership to achieve the final result. It took some time and a few adjustments but my teeth look great, feel great, the bite is wonderful, and I can't imagine what it was like before. Come here with confidence, they're amazing!

The office is warm and inviting, with a video game waiting area, bottled water, and usually some kind of raffle or swag. He also has a "greenie" reward system, where individuals can collect fake money for taking care of their teeth and redeem it later for different prizes. I did a couple brackets with a rubber band and finished my first round of Invisalign in about three years. Went to college and got off my routine for a while, but Dr. Pellegrini was right there to help me fix it, and offered me a no-interest payment plan. He always walked me through my options and asked for my opinions on them, making sure I was comfortable with what was happening. I have a missing tooth due to not having an adult tooth to come in after the baby tooth fell out, which led to my teeth moving and becoming uncentered. Not only did we fix the centering, but Dr. Pellegrini cosmetically adjusted my canine to make my smile the very best it could be. I will be recommending Dr. Pellegrini to individuals of all ages!
