What a waste of time! Thank goodness I was wise enough to seek better guidance, not waste thousands on a painful and unnecessary procedure. It took 2 hours for a basic cleaning appointment that typically takes 1 hour. When I requested my X-rays be sent to the other office, this was not done so I had to call 3 times to get them to send. They did not send the panoramic x ray so my previous dentist VERY kindly gave me a free one. I think he felt bad for me for being mistreated here and saw that I had requested but not received the xrays requested. Terrible experience! Do not recommend, re-think your ethics and treatment of people.

She spoke to me in a loud and condescending tone, accusing me of being late multiple times. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 p.m. I live about 11 minutes away and left my home at 3:45 p.m. While driving on Bothell-Everett Highway in heavy rain, traffic slowed significantly. As I reached the light to turn into the office complex,around 4:06 p.m. I received another call from Jamie. She again spoke in a harsh and disrespectful tone, informing me that my appointment was canceled because I had supposedly been late to nine previous appointments. I explained that I was just on the traffic light turning into the building, but she continued to speak to me in a very dismissive and rude manner, and cancelled my appointment. I always try to support women owned business, and I looked pretty hard to find a dentist when I moved. Dr. Furman is kinda the only reason why anyone should consider coming to this practice. The front desk ladies greet you when you walk in, but it always feels forced. They are quite catty - have been overheard being judgy about patients both in English and in Russian and they don't seem to care who hears it. I've seen them roll their eyes and take on quite dismissive tones when a patient ask questions, which makes me very careful about how (or whether) I approach them. The first hygienist was super abrasive both in words and in her use of force. The second hygienist felt like she barely did anything in what should have been a deep cleaning. It was just unpleasant enough that I didn't immediately leave the practice, but after a few visits I decided that I rather drive 45 minutes back to my old hygienist at Complete Dentistry. I told them my husband and I had appeared on TV during a baseball game on Tuesday, and they eagerly insisted on watching the quick snippet with me. Once inside the treatment room, Kayla assured me that she would address any of my concerns and took the time to understand what I wanted to fix. Tehanna entered the room and started taking pictures of my teeth. His team takes the time to get to know you, they are kind and considerate, and their passion for their work is palpable. Pellegrini was able to come up with a plan using Invisalign, which I wasn't expecting for how crooked my teeth were. The attention to detail, clarity of instructions, friendliness of all staff, and ultimate care for me was more than I could ask for. Dr. Pellegrini does not settle for anything less than perfect, but it was also a partnership to achieve the final result. It took some time and a few adjustments but my teeth look great, feel great, the bite is wonderful, and I can't imagine what it was like before. Come here with confidence, they're amazing!
