Dr. Sholudko was very thorough in explaining the work he was doing and the history of the type of material that my old crown was made of. They reattached the crown, took care of my insurance and I was out in a reasonable amount of time. I've been looking for an Everett-area dentist, as my former dentist (in Bellevue) retired. I walked into this practice owned by a female denturist. She was kind, intelligent, and explained what would be needed in the way of a partial. All of the proposed work at the school was pretty much unnecessary. The price of the partial and all follow-ups was extremely affordable. I thought this was surprising and strange because my last two dentists I trust have never expressed any concern or even a mention of monitoring this for future consideration. The clinic swiftly scheduled a consultation. I went in to my previous, long time dentist because I didn't trust this advice and he said this was an aggressive and unnecessary recommendation. What a waste of time! Thank goodness I was wise enough to seek better guidance, not waste thousands on a painful and unnecessary procedure. It took 2 hours for a basic cleaning appointment that typically takes 1 hour. When I requested my X-rays be sent to the other office, this was not done so I had to call 3 times to get them to send. They did not send the panoramic x ray so my previous dentist VERY kindly gave me a free one. I think he felt bad for me for being mistreated here and saw that I had requested but not received the xrays requested. Terrible experience! Do not recommend, re-think your ethics and treatment of people.

No referral across town, no repeating your history to someone new, and no waiting weeks for an appointment with a practice that has never looked in your mouth. ------------------------------------------------------ So I walk in to the office with a broken pre-molar [NOT an impacted wisdom tooth or other complex operation requiring oral surgery] and ask for an appointment to have it extracted. Not a check-up, not a cleaning, I specifically ask to have my tooth pulled. After some conversation among staff in back, my luck, someone canceled and I can be seen right away. I get whisked back and x-rayed BEFORE THE DOCTOR EVEN TALKS TO ME. Doctor comes in, looks at the x-ray and says "Here's a referral to an oral surgeon". I ask, Why not just pull my tooth? and I'm told "Hey you want your tooth pulled by someone who does this every day, not me who hasn't done one in six years'. Wait, what ? Oh, and along with your referral, here's a bill for x-rays and an office visit, for work we don't do. Well, that sounds like a load of crap, and a way to bill hundreds of dollars for services not REALLY rendered, and of course I still have to pay my co-pay either way.

I recently moved to the Everett area and didn't have a dentist here yet. I called into Perfect Smiles and they were able to get me into the clinic that same day! All of the staff there were exceptional! The receptionists were welcoming, personable, and professional. Everyone was on time (which I've also never experienced). The dental assistant and Dr. Gowda were both great- they immediately made me feel at ease, were efficient, and made the experience as comfortable as it could be. I feel confident in Dr. Gowda's hands- she's experienced, professional, and very knowledgable at what she does. I didn't know what to expect with all of the Covid-19 restrictions going on right now, and I was pleasantly surprised with the precautions they were taking. Before checking in, they had me call in when I got to the clinic to limit the amount of clients in their waiting room. When I entered, they immediately had me wash my hands (and had a full system for helping stop the spread of cross contamination). The office and staff are definitely surpassing the necessary regulations that our governor has set for WA state. If you're looking for a new dentist- I'd highly recommend checking this place out. I'll most definitely keep coming back!
