Good Deal Used Cars

I bought a car from them within the 1 st month of me having my car I had problems. I took the car…read moreback up to them to fix and they kept my car more then 2 days and where saying they were waiting on a part they order for my car . Remind you I was told my car would be fixed the same day. I didn't have transportation within the days they kept my car I was not offered another vehicle to drive I was not warned they was going to keep my car . I went back to pick up my car I was still having the same issues . I took my car to another mechanic to get fixed and was informed and showed the parts Good Deal used cars fixed on my car was put on wrong and spray painted black . I risk my life driving this car . I was also told by Good Deal Used Cars when it's time for an oil change they'll do it for me. But remind you the first month of me having the car my check engine light came on the car was running hot and was unsafe so yet I paid again to get it looked at by another mechanic and my local Oil change spot . The car oil was so bad I went to Take 5 oil change and they had to snake and clean all the oil out of my vehicle it was so clogged and yet I risk my life again within not even a month of having this car . Not even a year of me having this car im constantly getting things fixed . I go to trade it in I was told the car was false salvage and my information was wrong . So the dealership calls Good Deal Used Cars they hang up on the dealership I'm at . I go up to Good Deal Used cars to get an understanding with them no solution. I'm stuck with this car that I've been risking my life in since I've got it , I'm paying out of pocket constantly to get things fixed . I do not recommend buying cars from this place it's not safe at all and unprofessional. When I put my down payment down I had to pay taxes then today when I went up there Good Deal Used cars says to me they still owe taxes on this car . So where did my money go ? I have a remaining less then $3500 I owe on this car . To get the remaining things I need fixed cost over $3000 to get fixed . I'm only 19 im learning a lot about dealerships and how money hungry they can be selling cars that is unsafe . I tried to work with them multiple times but it's like I just get played in the end it's not fair at all .

72 point safety inspection. Check this out. Bought a 2009 Passat for son about 7 months ago. Since…read morethen we have put about 5k on. I haven't put a review on until now because I was chaulking some issues up to just buying a used car. Well it's about to boil over. The owner is a "used car salesman" to the stereotypical T! When my wife saw the car online I went and had a quick look. We were in a bit of a hurry and negotiated $500 off or so for a cash price. I took it for a test drove and mentioned the dash kit up like a Christmas tree. (Warning lights) he said he'd bring it to the mechanic and run a scan. Just a heads up sometimes when they run a scan to get rid of the lights all they do is reset the computer, that's exactly what they did with this vehicle before I bought it. So I'm fairly excited to give my son his new car and head back to a place where we were going to store it until his birthday. It was about 12 miles away. When I got off the highway the car was losing power and started a meeting tons of white smoke out of the exhaust. I called him and let him know that we had a problem and he acted like he could not believe it. He then asked me to have my car towed back to his shop. I had to pay for the tow. Mind you I had an even on the car for 45 minutes. So as the story goes his mechanic had taken the heads off the car and cleaned all of the cylinders by walnut blasting them. P.S. the mechanic comes right out and tells you how Angelo buys cars that have warning lights lit and has him reset them then never wants to spend the money to have them fixed. I saw pictures of what I was led to believe what is my Volkswagen. All cleaned up and ready to go. Forgive me if I jump around but so many things happened I have a hard time keeping order. I also asked how new the tires were he said they were just put on and the brakes were in great shape almost new. So after it made it back to the mechanic he said he reset the computer again and thinks that something just got stuck in one of the injectors and was holding it open. I haven't seen the check engine light come on again. After I got the car home I had my brother-in-law look over at his certified mechanic and the brakes needed replaced immediately as well as three of the tires. This guy will blow smoke up your end and tell you how he never lets the car leave his lot unless it's in tiptop shape and makes fun of people all around him and offers you some cockamamie warrantee that he doesn't stick by. Read the reviews trust yourself this dude sells lemons. What sparked me to write this review is my son is only driven the car for very limited miles for about six or seven months and I took it in for an oil change there was no oil in the engine and it's leaking all down the back of the block. That being said I've already put $1600 into this car that he had a 72 that's right at 72 point inspection done on before I bought it. Apparently tires and brakes are not part of his inspection, no safety issue there right? Do yourselves a big big favor do not buy a car from this establishment. Now I know he's going to come on here and bash me and tell me that I was perfectly happy when I walked out and why would I do this to him blah blah blah. If you would like to instant message me I can show your receipt and pictures of everything I've spoken off I even have copies of all of his texts that speak about what we have posted above.

Terrible customer service. I haven't even purchased a car from them and was a potential customer. I…read moresaw a car on the lot at the end of December and wanted to take a look at it for my daughter. I went to the shop every day during the 1st week of Jan and no one was ever there. I tried calling the numbers they had listed on a sign on the door (Angelo's and Domonic's) and no one ever returns the call. You can't leave a message at the shop because the voice mail is full. I noticed Domonic posted a car from the lot on FB Marketplace so I messaged him through there and he did respond back but it was very abrupt. I inquired if someone could meet me at the lot so I could look at a few cars and he never responded. You would think they would want the business.....unless it's a cover for something else.
