He had told me twice he was coming out to see it and just didn't show or call. i sent him an email telling him it was fine if he wasn't interested in the car. He texted back that he was and he's like yo come and see it, but the time came and went. He did contact me several hours later and did in fact come and look at the car, telling me how beautiful it was, a lot of people would want it etc. Before leaving, he said he'd have to look up the car and would contact me in 2-3 days with an offer. It's been 13 days, and no word from him. Based on my experience, i would not recommend this business. and wonder if all potential customers are treated with such little respect.

I came into do a test drive and…read morewas immediately hit with a condescending toned line of questioning about whether I already had financing (it was implied that a credit check would have to be done before test driving which is absurd because the car was among the cheapest on the lot) once he couldn't get off barring me from test driving he started asking if I had insurance (I do) then it became a question of what kind of insurance I had (let's keep in mind that dealerships are supposed to have casualty on all their vehicles and this one apparently doesn't). At this point I've already made up my mind that I don't want to do business with this haughty "salesmen" and inform him that my insurance is through progressive (I've been to five car dealerships today and not one of them required full coverage to test drive a car - they all had dealership insurance specific for test drives). He then stated I couldn't drive it because of my insurance. I would've been irritated regardless of all of this because of the outcome but I would've understood it because of the reasoning- they don't have the insurance policy on their cars that most reputable ones do- okay fine. But I was being spoken to like a homeless person off the street who was looking to buy above my means when I am the furthest thing from it. The appropriate thing to do would've been to say "thanks for coming in, let's sit down and talk" and asked for those credentials in a respectful manner. Not immediately bombard me with rude questions in the lobby of the business. No wonder it was empty. Just be wary before coming here that if you don't meet the physical description of their ideal customer you'll be asked for NASA Space shuttle insurance, tax returns spanning five decades, and the blood of your first born. BUT, our transmission (CVT) went out at less than 100,000 miles. And to add insult to injury, just had an oil change the week before and had a transmission service (fluid change) last year. At that service visit, they saw no issues or brought any possible concerns to our attention. Our Murano was a peach too! No dents. No dings. No rust. Hand waxed it twice a year, only did touchless carwashes. People always thought it looked much newer than a 2015. Garage kept with regular 5,000 mile oil-changes. Drove less than 9,000 miles per year and 75% of those miles were highway miles. Just so sad the transmission blew. Back in 2015 it was the most expensive new vehicle we ever purchased and last month we sold it for scrap value. Still upset about it. And to put salt in the wound, the Trade-in value was about $4 - $5 thousand if running, - and a little more, $7 - $8 thousand if sold by owner. The trouble is, the Service Dept. quoted us just under $12,000 for a new transmission with installation. So we decided to just bite the bullet and let it go. Scrap it. Just wouldn't make much sense to spend more than double the trade-in value for an 11 year old car (worth half that when running). No issues with this dealer, but we will NEVER own another Nissan product. After talking to some mechanic friends and reading some of the Nissan forums, it turns out that Nissan has had lots and lots of transmission issues on this and other models. They (Nissan) knew full well it was an undersized trans' in a car the size and weight of the Murano; yet THEY KEPT USING IT ??? That's just in-excusable. To be honest, my wife and I both miss the Murano, a lot. We loved the vehicle. But alas, we won't miss Nissan nor the Infiniti brand for very much longer. Unless they start to build some truly reliable vehicles, customers will look AND BUY from other manufactures and Nissan will go the way of Dodo Bird, Saturn, Scion, Plymouth, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, etc., etc., etc. From automotive articles we've read and on-line auto news, it's clear Nissan is already on the ropes, so it's only a matter of time before they get knocked out of the ring. Our advice is stay away from Nissan. It won't end well.

Service at this dealership was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of listening or showing concern, the service representative dismissed her entirely. He told her to "calm down" and then asked, "Are you a mechanic? Because I doubt it's the transmission." This response was condescending, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable--especially when someone is reporting a serious safety-related issue with their vehicle. This was only part of how poorly my daughter was treated during the call. The overall tone was degrading and dismissive, and it strongly reflected a sexist assumption that a woman could not possibly understand what was happening with her own car. That kind of attitude has no place in customer service, especially in the automotive industry. This interaction was embarrassing for Alfa Romeo as a brand and has completely turned me off from ever doing business with this dealership--or considering another Alfa Romeo vehicle in the future. Customers should never be belittled, spoken down to, or made to feel ignorant for advocating for their own safety. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
