I have been going here for decades - no more - Mark in parts has to be the unhappiest person l've ever dealt with. I just thought the first couple times I have ordered parts here he was just having a bad day, however i find out even talking to other people I know that is him on a daily. I even always ask how his day is and try to get him to service me with some kind of 3-4 star friendly customer service but it never helps. Took my car in to get an oil change, headlight and fog light replaced. They took my car in, did oil change and replaced the headlight but forgot about the fog light. I didn't realize until I got home. The crazy thing is that they upsold me to replace brakes for $500 and checked something unrelated to the issues I mentioned, but forgot something as simple as the fog light. I took it back at 4:30PM another day when I had time to get this addressed and was told I'd have to schedule an appointment. They had "no one here" even though they're advertised as being open until 6PM. Major inconvenience now having to go back 3 separate times to address the initial issues I had. They told me "we don't usually check fog lights".. but they clearly were looking at them to replace the headlight? Will never be back and have much better experiences at Mike Bass in Sheffield. read more

The dealership denied my military discount AFTER purchasing the vehicle, claiming they don't except military discount from the department of defense! I worked with the department of defense for over 10 years and never been denied military discount! I told them multiple times I did not enlist in the military however I'm an employee from the DFAS department. I was highly disappointed! Initially this was a 5 star until I dealt with the service department. I still give a lot of credit to sales. Jason was fantastic to work with. I would buy another vehicle if he is there. Months later I took off work to set up a service appointment only to get there and see they had it for another date. This was their mistake. They were willing to take my car in to their credit but they would have needed to keep it over night to properly diagnose the issue. The person over the phone said I would be in and out in 2 hours. Not even an apology despite having to waste a vacation day for this. Since the dealership is 40 min away, I wasted my whole morning. read more

I had a flat tire and found Elyria Ford online; service hours open till 6 pm. I arrived at 5:30pm with my donut tire on. Was told they only have tech's till 5:30. As I watched several people walk around; man at desk said there is nothing we can do to help you. This is why I will only service my Ford and Lincoln at Lincoln dear ships. I took in a 2015 Ford and the trade in was estimated as a 2014. My truck is a 2015 f350. They estimated my truck as a 2014 f450. This was unprofessional and inexcusable if you can not read a Vin #. They just wanted lesser value. No trust in this dealership. I will not buy from them. read more

Update: The exact same car-same color/same vin/same mileage is back on market after all these dramas couple weeks later...so you know what I mean, they post fake low price listings and attract people to visit their place and "check other inventories". Be really careful! Found a car online, called ahead and made an appointment. The salesperson discussed every detail with me including the payment and title issue. Everything seemed fine until I got everything ready and drove one and half hours with downtown traffic to get to their place...I was told "Sorry, the car was just sold" They said they called me and left a message, I checked my phone it was 17 minutes beforeappointment, and they knew I was driving from 1.5 hours away. Surely what's important for them was how to sell cars fast, and with 3 hours of driving and all the gas costed, I was just kept as an option or a backup plan for them to reach that goal. I'm not mad, but if they really have any respect to their potential customer, at least they could make a phone call or even a text message a little bit earlier (I'm sure the buyer who came earlier didn't just come and get everything done in 5 minutes) Lesson learnt, and on the other hand, I'm kind of glad I did not get my car from this place, as there could be other potential issues in the future based on the way I was treated today. read more

This place is the worst just stopped in on a weekend to look at a used ford . They sold me a 2011 Taurus for 25,000 when I got home the same car was on cars.com for 23,000 confronted them and they tried to tell me it was a typo from cars.com NOT! Update. Had new alternator installed two days after being told that the alternator was fine by abraham service. Since alternator has been replaced, I have had no problem what so ever with this truck. Some jackoff from abraham has however read my review and issued me back the "diagnostic fee". Accompanied by a half hearted apology. He still offered in no way to help correct my problem. To be clear, I took my truck to a service department because I was having a mechanical issue with it that required service. Anyways, I guess reviews are worth a bit more than anticipated. I originally just wanted others to know that I had such a bad experience. This is just more incentive for everyone else to leave reviews, good or bad. read more

Was treated like a high-roller, even though my budget was small. This was not the biggest sale ever made, but it was a big investment to ME. Dealt with two sales reps- Big Dave and Big Nick. Both were courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. They also offered to help return a rental to Medina (!) when it proved a problem for me to arrange.
