Issue #1: attractive financing (10% down & no interest for 4 years) didn't happen. I said we would probably pay it off early, so we got 1 year no interest. Issue #2: The installation process was a huge disappointment. I found grout residue in places it shouldn't be: walls, baseboards & doors. And the bathroom sink stopper was grouted shut. I understand: it's a construction zone in your house! But this was careless, sloppy, unprofessional work. Issue #3: We were at the house yesterday and accidentally discovered that most of the windows were open! For a week!?! Since the install team left?!? And it rained? Great. I hired a professional cleaning service to clean the house before we moved in - even they were shocked at how dirty the house was. 2+ cleaners & 6 hours to clean it! Deep Clean Texas did a great job and the house looks great! I expected FFL to handle installation with more care and respect for a customer's home. I'm really irritated by the lack of attention to detail and basic cleanliness that I received. So, no, I do not recommend FFL. The price may be good, but the Hassle Factor is just too high for me. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for FFL. Future customers deserve a service that leaves them with beautiful floors, not additional work to clean up. Larger cracks no longer look like a large space with caulk, but look seamless. Julie was very helpful and the fellow doing the job answered all my questions. The fellow doing the job spent more time scraping and cleaning than actually caulking. But that makes sure the caulk stays put so that was very satisfactory.
