She scheduled another vacuum company first, that was fine. Both companies showed up on scheduled day, Monday. The Trinity tech stated carpet does not need vacuuming, proceeded steam clean then he stated done after around 17 minutes. The vacuum company apologized and stated he would be back to vacuum. 4/16/2026 Thursday never heard back from either company. Called Trinity spoke to Carolyn, excuse after excuse. Carpet still looks like it was never steam cleaned and when the vacuum company looked at it agreed but then he never called. I did pay, regrettable day of supposedly service $162.38.
