Atlas inspections provided two full service (radon, termites, air quality) inspections on townhomes in Middletown and Pike Creek. It was amazing the attention to detail not only in the inspection, but in the report afterwards. Also highlighting Jason's ability to easily explain home maintenance solutions, and other functional intricacies during the walk through. Using his report definitely saved me some financial burden during negotiations, and provided me insight into repairs on standby. Well worth the value, and would easily pay more for Jason's services. Extra Points: Checking for any potential recalls on major applicances (furnane, water heater, washer, dryer, and air conditioner).

He welcomed my fiancée and I from the start and took the time to answer every question we asked without hesitation. What impressed me most was his combination of professionalism, honesty, and exceptional work ethic. It's uncommon to find someone with both the personality and dedication that Bryan brings to his work. If you're buying a home in Pennsylvania, I highly recommend requesting him specifically. Don't just take my word for it, his track record speaks for itself. I would recommend Bryan a million times over. His honesty and expertise are worth their weight in gold. Thank you again Bryan!

Since I bought the house, I've had nothing but endless problems with clogged drains, broken dishwasher due to a burned out pump; the heat pump was also burned out and the baseboard radiators were leaking. The inspection report showed no discrepancies. It has cost us several thousands of dollars to repair electrical and plumbing and heating and septic issues. I filed a claim with them. They told me that the best they can do is give me a refund for the inspection. I had to submit a waiver though that waived my rights to seek any more remedy. I'm still waiting for this refund.

Within a couple months, our whole ceiling caved in because the shingles weren't staggered- the seams were straight lines! So a nice $10,000 after the home purchase was just wonderful. He can only reimburse what the inspection cost, which was nothing compared to what we had to spend. About $500. Not to mention windows, electric, the list goes on and on. This man is 100% incompetent and weearned a very hard lesson on what to do when purchasing a home- dont be us!

Unprofessional and Inappropriate Behavior…read more I usually don't write reviews, but after the experience my wife had, I felt compelled to share. We hired this company for a home inspection, and unfortunately, what should've been a professional service turned into something uncomfortable and downright disturbing. The owner of the company, who was doing the inspection himself, made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable with his behavior. He made several inappropriate comments that went way beyond what is acceptable in a business setting. The worst was when my wife asked if he provided any new client discounts, he actually replied that he would give her a 10% discount if she wanted to take an 8 inch ride! My wife tried to brush it off, not wanting things to escalate while she was in the home alone with this man, but it was clear that he was being unprofessional in a way that no one should ever have to deal with. The complete lack of respect for professionalism and boundaries is completely unparalleled. As a husband, I trust that professionals are going to act with integrity, but this guy crossed the line in a way that no-one could anticipate. You hear about things like this happening to "other people" but never expect it to happen in your own home. It's disappointing that someone in charge of a business would act so irresponsibly and disrespectfully. My wife was shaken up by the whole experience, and I will never recommend this company to anyone, nor will we ever use them again. If you're looking for a home inspection, do yourself a favor and find someone who respects their clients and acts with professionalism.

Not a single one has topped the level of detail Joe went to. My house that I recently purchased was fairly new, so it was obvious there were not many issues that would be uncovered. Joe still took the time to go over every detail (including finding mis-adjustment in the garage door spring hinge). The report provided was loaded with ways to point out if there were safety issues, things to look out for, and future maintainence indicators, all backed by pictures. Compared with the report I recieved from the buyer of my old home (which is of the quality I have seen 20+ times), this was a whole other level. He was on time, courteous, used shoe covers when in the house, and had the report to me by end of day. I highly recommend his services.
