Evan S Great work. Paul is an honest and hardworking man who doesn't stop until the job is done right. Would refer him for roofing to anyone I know. 10/6/2023 This is Evan S . Original review of my service on his home. The reason he wrote a negative one is because I told him no and did not agree with what he called me back to his home for about a year later his request for me to come back to his house was sent to me by text message with attached showing me that some of the Roofing membrane was ripped off completely from the side of his house with a very clean cut edge on it now the Roofing system he had installed was a white granular towards membrane Firestone material and it is with a peel and stick over top of 1 inch iso board that's screwed and played it to his substrate and house frame. The reason Evan is mad is because related issues are not covered in any warranty when a storm is powerful enough to tear off a roof that would fall under your homeowners insurance. The membrane did not storm produced an environment that no warranty is why you have homeowners insurance. It unexpected incident when I told him this I told him he should call his homeowners insurance and have them get that process started. He was a little reluctant, but I also told him from the pictures that he sent me it does not look like the damage from a storm. Rather the damage cutting a very clean piece of it off and letting the rest of it hang off the side of his home I've been in for a long time. I can assure you that wind was not the reason for the damage his home so I told him to call his insurance what they said he did and they told him it was gonna get approved so I said OK that's fine then he told me he needs an estimate for how much it's gonna cost him to get fixed and A provide them with said there be extra funds that the approved it for more money than what I said. are too big red flags in this industry and I told him I to do with it main reason behind all that when I originally installed his I a discount 10% off when we the roof was originally like around 4K once we start tearing the roof off and that section I learned that whoever had the house had kind of covered up some damages and they would need to be fixed and brought before I can install the He agreed we proceeded to do the job we completed the job. Everything went great when it was time to pay the final payment Evan did not have the he text me a message. His was angry one of the drivers at work for me who was fired for this incident one of our vehicles up into the driveway and the neighborhood illegally installed steel parking poles along the curb backstreet, and one of the drivers had bumped into the pole I offered to I have the text messages I did The lady constantly gave me a hard time. I even had guys take leaf blowers and make sure her property was clean where we were the other I also did this for and Evan the homeowner of the home of the house we did OK here's thing proceeded to call me and tell me that he saw on one of his and one of the trash off the trash bag had hit one of his rain gutters and that he thought it was broken. We again came. I went up there personally checked the gutter. Nothing was wrong with was taken place while Evan did not have the money to even told me during a text message while I was on his just take care of it. I just right it doesn't matter what it cost. OK then he came up with an excuse when I did come to pick up my check had to run over to the it was a holiday. It was a Friday. I should back on next Thursday. I asked why he said because that's when he gets paid. I was wondering why not the next available bank day that was open was because he did not have the money to pay for it. I still job. I still did his roof. I went out of my way to pressure. Wash his driveway his neighbors we fixed the illegal had installed all these things and Evan is mad cause I told him no when he was trying to commit insurance fraud on his home and these are the responses that people will write about a person because of the Internet's power. The only thing I'm sad to say is I had to copy and paste his original review of our service because it would not let me upload a picture . read more

Robert's Roofing has made quality roof replacement as easy as possible. We've had our new Robert's roof for about a month now and couldn't be happier. We were impressed every step of the way. Robert showed up on the scheduled date/time to inspect our roof and we received his estimate just a few days later. They provided tremendous assistance with shingle selection and made it very easy for us to pick the perfect roof for our home. Communication during this process was very easy, relying on phone, text, or email, whatever is best for the customer. On the first day of our installation Robert and the crew arrived around 7:00am to begin their set up. Let's just say I never saw so many tarps and plywood covering our plants, deck, windows/doors, and the sides of the house. We had a complete tear off and new roof, so it was a 2-day job. We can't say enough about Robert and his crew. Robert was on the job every minute and his crew operated like a well-oiled machine. The military expression that "slow is smooth and smooth is fast" was on full display. The crew couldn't have been harder working or more considerate. After the roof was complete, they paid as much attention to the clean up as they did to the set up. When they left, other than the beautiful new roof, you wouldn't have known they were there. We called 5-6 roofing companies and got 3-4 estimates. We picked Robert's because of value and the pages upon pages of prior customer recommendations. We're very happy to add our name to that long list of satisfied customers. read more

My experience with Roberts Roofing and Contracting was extremely disappointing, costly, and frustrating. Despite hiring them for a roofing project and several renovations, the contracted work was either left incomplete or finished in an unprofessional manner. The quality of the work was subpar, and it was evident that corners were cut throughout the process. Furthermore, coordinating schedules was a nightmare. They were consistently difficult to reach and unreliable in their availability. Promises made regarding deadlines and completion dates were never honored, leading to extensive delays and inconvenience. To make matters worse, after leaving a negative review expressing my dissatisfaction with their services, a brick was thrown through my window that same evening. Given the timing and circumstances, it seems highly likely that this act of vandalism was orchestrated by Roberts Roofing or its crew. Overall, I cannot possibly recommend Roberts Roofing and Contracting to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and potential involvement in criminal activity make them a company to avoid at all costs. read more

We organized the project to replace the roofs of 9 homes in our community. The group selected Robert's Roofing of Kennett Square, PA to do the work. The choice was made based on favorable references and competitive pricing. The project was completed in April 2014. All members of the group were favorably impressed with the care and efficiency of the workers and the quality of their work. We enthusiastically recommend Robert's Roofing for roof and siding replacements and repairs. Barry W. and Mary Beth Ford Kennett Square, PA read more

I have the highest regard for this company and the quality of its work. Their approach is both professional and personal. And the owner (Robert) personally oversees each project. They are very responsive to customer requests. They did an excellent job of replacing our large roof two years ago and were quick to respond to our request to check our roof after a recent ice storm. I highly recommend that you consider this company when shopping for a roof replacement. read more

I have used Robert's Roofing twice in the past seven years or so at two different homes. Robert is top-notch. He takes pride in his work and craftmanship and is right in the mix with the other crew from dawn till dusk. His prices are very fair and Mrs. J keeps you apprised of scheduling and material deliveries. In both cases the roofs were complete replacement and the workmanship was terrific. Thank you! read more

Last week Roberts Roofing completed a new roof on our house and we are very pleased. They were very professional and respectful of our property. At they end of the job everything was the same as when they started except for the roof which looks great. The cost was very reasonable. I recommend Roberts Roofing completely! read more

I wouldn't use anyone else. In my opinion, the best roofing company in Chester County! They've done 5 houses for me in the last two years. They are busy (as the best always are) but super easy to work with. read more
