I live in a very well to do neighborhood and unfortunately, these guys will look up house values and charge accordingly so while some neighborhoods will get $10k decks, not mine. If I was living in DC suburbs then they'd charge us $50k for the deck. I got the PVC Aztek material with metal posts. The guys did the job in 2 days. I was worried when I saw scuffs on my new deck the day after install, but Luke came to buff them out. With Aztek, you have to be very careful about scratching the deck with furniture so I've yet to put anything on my deck! We rarely eat out there anyways. We're not outdoorsy people.

As of yesterday he cancelled an order for an under deck system which we gave him a $10k deposit for. Rich has not cancelled the order and refused to refund us the money. He is claiming that we still owe him Money however I have text saying that we were paid up minus the balance due on the portion of the project which he has now stolen my deposit from. I've also learned today that he is doing this to people throughout Cecil County Maryland and Chester county Pennsylvania. It seems as if he is having financial issues due to an embezzlement scheme going on there, just google the business name and Cecil daily. Rich has now blocked us from being able to communicate with him via Facebook on his business page. His last text to me reads " We can finish the deck project as quoted and remove the extras. I called to ask for a estimate on how much it will cost to put the panel back in and the quoted $750, citing gas ( they are less than 5 inured from my house) they have to pay workers for a days worth of work ( it's literally an hour job). That's ridiculous!!! Don't call for repairs that's for sure. After spending 10k on the fence, it's $750 for one panel put in? Not even replaced.
