He will be sweet at first but as soon as you give him the money, he will start with lies and will take your money and never show up to do the JOB! He first told me he didn't receive the money I sent, when I show him proof, he became agitated, shouting at me and keep telling lies after lies. This is being going on for months now. He never did the job, never gave a refund. Just lies after lies. We are getting ready to file a case against him in a couple of days ( we gave him months to fix the problem, but he is more happy to be lying and taking advantage of hard working people than to be honest!) . Plus, I will submit a complaint agains his business as well in the state of Pennsylvania and Delaware! Do not work with him unless you want your money stolen from you as he Did with us! Don't mind what ever excuse he will replied with, he is as liar, and a thief! If you risk working with him, don't say you didn't know! I really do not want some one else to be taken advantage of!

He asked for pictures of the windows; I obliged by texting several pictures to him and confirming how many windows needed attention. He arrived late the day of my appointment and, upon seeing the windows in person, said that he did not realize that my windows were brown; the caulk that he brought was white. He said it would be best to go and get the proper color caulk and looked up hardware stores near my residence. He found that there were three within a mile of my house. He leaves to go buy the caulk, calls me 20 minutes later and says that he decided to go to Home Depot -- which is at least 6 miles and 25 minutes away. When he returns and completes the work, he charges me for the time spent going to and from Home Depot. I expressed that I should not pay for him being unprepared, but unwilling to argue with a man I had just met, I paid the invoice. I am grateful not to have done the work myself, but would not recommend working with this young man without a firm commitment about the price and his preparedness. I received offers from other vendors willing to complete the work and recommend that anyone thinking of hiring this gentleman explores their options before settling.
