Total hack, demand money for work that wasnt complete. Then tryed blocking my driveway and demanded money when the bank that they corresponded with for payment sent their check to the wrong location. They do tend to keep a busy schedule which may be great or not so great. There loaded schedule could speak for itself in the value, professionalism and satisfaction of work. The crew that did the demo and build of the new deck were Nate and Tim, they were the nicest contractors we've ever worked with. Nate offered us excellent suggestions when we were undecided and took the time to draw it out so we could visualize it. The guys cleaned up my entire yard and left nothing behind, I was actually sorry to see them go. I have to give credit to the roofer Dale who went above and beyond for me, especially on a cold and windy day. The building inspectors also commented on the great work LP Homes did. He will be sweet at first but as soon as you give him the money, he will start with lies and will take your money and never show up to do the JOB! He first told me he didn't receive the money I sent, when I show him proof, he became agitated, shouting at me and keep telling lies after lies. This is being going on for months now. He never did the job, never gave a refund. Just lies after lies. We are getting ready to file a case against him in a couple of days ( we gave him months to fix the problem, but he is more happy to be lying and taking advantage of hard working people than to be honest!) . Plus, I will submit a complaint agains his business as well in the state of Pennsylvania and Delaware! Do not work with him unless you want your money stolen from you as he Did with us! My husband agreed and they said they usually put it on via their roller but would have to spray on as their usual equipment was broken. It looks like they missed more spots than covered. My husband called them and spoke to Brian, one of the owners. He said he would get back to us and never has. In addition when they left one of their dump trucks turned around on our private neighborhood road and damaged it. Was minor and they said they would return to take a look. That never happened either. Our HOA keeps up the road and truthfully if they had been more forthcoming they might have gotten a larger paving job when we get ready to repave in the next year or so. With the poor follow through I can't give them a good recommendation. Too bad though as our driveway looks good
