That's ridiculous!!! Don't call for repairs that's for sure. After spending 10k on the fence, it's $750 for one panel put in? Not even replaced.

Once I spoke with Nick ( the owner ) there was a sense of trust I felt, he understood the project more than any other contractor I spoke with so far. He repaired some boards that were rotted and loose, and refinished the whole deck.
