My first impression is that the parking lot is too small and does not have adequate parking for larger vehicles like a mini-van. Plus it is hard to navigate bc the drive-thru lane snakes through the parking lot and onto Roosevelt. I ended up parking in a shopping center across the street and observed others parking on the street and walking up also. Also, be careful walking in the parking lot as cars whip in from Roosevelt and you could get tattooed by a grill vent. Once inside the store, I found the bathroom and it was clean and serviced. I then got in line behind some guy in scrubs who was ordering for his whole office. To the stores credit when they noticed that the line was backing up, they opened a second register. There were probably 7-8 persons working there this AM but I have no idea what all of them were doing. I ordered a small (tall) black coffee but due to the noise in the shop, I had to repeat my order a couple of times. When I got my coffee, it was fresh and hot but the cup was wielding under the weight and temperature so that I had to transfer it to a metal cup in my car.
