Which is frustrating, specially when you've been craving something specific from them. I've ordered from the kiosk and an actual person before and the order ends up being wrong. The shredded turkey isn't even the same anymore. sliced turkey is no longer the same, you can tell it is from a packaged brand, the one that they use now definitely changes the flavor of the bagel XL. The other day I ordered a bagel XL with sliced turkey, egg,cheese, and cream cheese,l and when I got home it wasn't the sliced turkey but the turkey patty. When I I got home I called them and advised them it was the wrong order. They said to bring it back, and they would make the right one, which they did. But driving back and forth 15 mins each way to go pick it up and exchange it because they wrong is a bit of hassle. Also, it seems like their ordering system is also always printing out the wrong order. And then a few days later I placed an order for delivery and the drink was wrong. And at the end of the day, they also get really good marks for the coffee itself...... nice fresh beans, great aroma, smart blend, and it pulled a great shot first time through the Gaggia. But this is where it falls off the deep end - the bag that the beans came in was not sealed, as the picture shows. What? I don't know whether this was an oversight for just this one bag, because I neglected to check it while I was at the store. But the whole purpose of a one-way gas valve on a coffee bag is so that CO2 can escape but no air gets in..... if the bag is not sealed, then the whole mechanism of freshness is defeated. These beans had been roasted just four days prior, and I used them the next day, so the coffee translated to the cup very well. But I'm really hoping this was a mistake, and that the bag that I purchased would be the only one that goes out the door unsealed. Otherwise, that's a real head scratcher in the coffee business. Taste is exceptional. Seal the bag and you get 5 stars.

I was all in! I picked the Holiday peppermint mocha frap dark chocolate version. Why am I crazy about Ghirardelli syrups? I first had my lattes with it in San Diego and it's stuck with me since -with no regrets! Presleigh made an outstanding Holiday frap for me. I didn't catch her before the drizzle and the sprinkles were added, but it was ok. I drank every bit of it and WILL return on Christmas week to get that Holiday white chocolate either latte or frap depending on the weather. Of note, The shop was clean and well kept on the counters and seating areas. I really liked that people are informed on how to get on the free WiFi right at the register. At least it makes answering the 50 Yelp questions easier to answer when you try to check in on the app! It is a nice convenience. I would say they might consider lowering the music a little.
