Great rotis, haven't tried anything else. Good mix of people, normally on the busy side. Owners have always been pleasant.

My only wish is that I could have a live in chef and they would be hired immediately. There food is too good! Sincerely! Very happy customer. PS the delivery person is very handsome also!

Trust me on that. So I'm sitting waiting for my food and all I hear is people in the kitchen yelling at each other. Crazily. No class at all. I get my food. No words at all just pass me the bag. So I'm like I'll have a coke like always. She's like oh you have to pay. I'm like doesn't it come with it? No. Apparently the lunch special is 12 to 4. You have to pay. I didn't t say anything because like I geeve but Im thinking are you kidding me? It's now 1150. You want me to wait to twelve lunch to order? I guess I ordered breakfast? I've eaten here twenty times in two months and you want me to beg for a coke? Pathetic technicality. The food was fine but nothing special but with the pathetic service I will not come here often again. I mean I will come back but I'd rather spend my money with people with class, even a little bit of such because these people have none, none at all. My god. Gbcf. Actually can't wait to come back see the old chick tell her the story and see how she acts. I'm sure she'll offer me an a extra coke but I won't take it. This country is full of takers but I'm a giver, and I don't geeve anymore. This city is becoming a total, disgrace. For a reason. People. F people.

The restaurant is bigger and more organized than the other location. I like the decor and the clean environment. We ordered the fish noodle soup. There is a separate order sheet for this where you can select your broth, noodle, toppings and drinks for $16.50. My husband ordered the lo mein with beef tendon which is so reasonably priced. We also got the honey bbq pork (char siu) for additional protein. Food is very tasty as usual. You can't go wrong with anything you order at Congee Queen. The service was quick. Servers are okay friendly, typical level of service you would expect at a Chinese restaurant. Overall we had a great experience here and might actually like this location better!

Meat was not too fatty and too lean, just to our liking. Congee was excellent with good consistency. Rice and water wasn't separated after eating a few spoons. Pork with mushroom was tender but we wished there were more mushrooms. Lobster noodle has too much sauce but the lobster was fresh. Services: very typical. The staff would not come to your table unless you call them. Decoration: Nice inside. Spacious, clean, and welcoming.

They also offered to prepare a second dish from the duck, and I chose the soup, which was a nice touch. The duck was carved in the traditional style with an emphasis on the skin; personally, I would have preferred some meat included in the slices as well. Our server recommended that we come back for dim sum, and we're glad we did--no regrets at all. The dim sum was excellent and made for another enjoyable dining experience.

Mediocre overpriced food and hidden charge for tea and duck soup…read more Offered me three options for tea, sensing something odd, I asked for water, then they ended up charging $5 for tea regardless. The waiter would not inform you about this until you pay the bill. Ordered half a duck for $68, they sliced off some meat, then took away the rest. I said I bought that, and they explained they would make soup with the bones. I asked for duck soup and they charged me an extra $6 for a small bowl of soup with some tofu in it, on top of the outrageous price I already paid. The duck is also not authentic Peking duck, which should be very fatty and tasty, they instead sourced ducks locally, not tasting better than something you would buy at T&T Supermarket. The menu is also not the same what they had from the original famous Beijing restaurant, they included many Sichuan and Hong Kong fast food dishes such as dandan noodles and beef chow fun. Overall, food taste average, and you pay double or triple for what you could buy at any other roast duck restaurants. Dayali Beijing Roast Duck is clearly the better option.
