The customer service is pretty good, the owner/host was very eager to get my order right when I explained that I'd like to try their Singapore Noodles but without the meat or any other animal products, he told me he'll make sure to add extra veggies in place of meat. My food was amazing; lots of flavour, perfectly cooked veggies, nice tofu and spiced just right. The tableside duck cutting was very impressive and worth the trip for anyone who has never had Peking duck. They have a floor manager explain each of the steps and also how best to enjoy the duck. You also get the duck bones, etc. to take home when you are done. It makes for great duck stock. They serve 24 pancakes for this combo and that was filling. It is recommended to have a tea, the chrysanthemum is a great choice to help cut the fatiness from the duck skin. Tea is an extra $5 but not too much and you can ask for refills.
