We called Tufano after a day of heavy rain and an apparent leak from our bay window. The woman who…read moreanswered and got all my info couldn't have been more pleasant and gave me a realistic expectation for a visit/call based on how busy it was (i assume because of the heavy rain). They sent out two people to assess the issue and they said they'd be back to replace shingles and caulk. Two guys showed up early, before the next round of rain and took care of it - also didn't mind my questions and gave me a full recap of what they did, which I really appreciated. Everyone I've interacted with from Tufano couldn't have been nicer to work with and although I hope I don't have any reason to call again anytime soon, I know they'll provide great service and a reasonable price if we need anything further.

I also had some work done on my garage floor. Mike Sr quoted me one price, then tried to charge me 71% more on the basis that he did more work that what was agreed upon. Nothing was in writing. Foolish me. He never asked if I would agree to the additional work and only on the last day did he say that I owed him more money for additional work. I think this company is the worst company that I have ever done business with. I guess that I will have to find another paving company to see if they can fix the driveway mess. This work was done in April 2026 in Wayne PA.

I say footed because I have had workers show up with ladders that sliced open my new rubber roof because the ladders did not have feet just sharp aluminum edges! They did not have any bad reviews either. Thank you Harker Plumbing for sending Andrew.

I had two bathrooms gutted and redone 5 months after purchasing my home in April 2016 due to leaks…read more It was better to redo everything and not have to worry anymore. WRONG! 4 1/2 year later and the master bath is still leaking. They tore out everything down to the studs and did all of the plumbing etc. They said I would be first person that he was installing a corner rounded shower for. The master shower started leaking right away. Their "fix" was to goop all of this silicone which one, looked horrible and two didn't even fix the issue. They closed the living room ceiling after supposedly fixing the problem. My living room ceiling has been reopened time and time again. I had a family plumber come out multiple times because they are trying to fix what he did without ripping out the entire shower. They are having hard time and will be cutting wall out. The botton shower base is not level which is part of the problem. Can't fix that without tearing out and redoing the entire shower. They bought a cheap low tub for the hall bath and when I asked about it, they said it was the same size that I had. No it was not. They did not add anymore support when installing the tub and when you stand in it, it creeks because it moves. The old tub didn't creek. The hall bath has a sound in the wall that sounds like dripping. It is because they used flex hoses and did not secure them so they bang for a bit after running the tub/ shower. They put their wet saw in my hallway and did not protect anything. When they left, I found that my walls had gotten wet and the paint started bubbling. Again, he said he would fix it. Greg came and just started brushing paint over it without fixing or smoothing it out. Had to hire a painter to come fix. They do not ask the owner their opinion or preference and put things where they like them. They moved an outlet from the right side to the left which is a pain because we are all right handed. Not a big deal but just one more little thing that is annoying. I called to ask questions about the master bath and asked Greg to come back and look. He said he was too busy and to hire someone to fix it and he would pay for it "if it was something he did". REALLY, you did it all. I would never recommend this father son team. They rush and throw things together and make no time to make it right.
