I bought my fiance's engagement ring at Trimarco Jewelers and Ken Trimarco was far and away the most knowledgeable, most caring and most passionate jeweler I saw throughout the entire ring purchasing process. Most importantly, Ken is an honest jeweler who really walks you through the nitty gritty of all aspects of the process. My family has been going to Trimarco for years and after my experience with Ken, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Before I even stepped foot in the store, I spoke with Ken over the phone for about an hour where we talked about the type of stone and style that I wanted. By the time I came into the store, he had selected five incredible stones that all fit exactly the style I was looking for but differed in size, color, clarity etc. We then spent about three hours in the store where Ken walked me through the size, color, flaws/defects, clarity and cut of each stone in detail and what the positives and negatives of each were. After picking the stone and setting, he was able to have the final product ready for me within ~2 weeks and it could have been quicker if I needed it to be. Throughout the entire process, not only was Ken accessible, but he was proactive in reaching out via phone calls and texts to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Both my fiance and I could not be happier with the way the ring turned out. It's absolutely stunning. Trimarco gave us the best of all worlds: high quality service, an absolutely stunning diamond and ring setup and a great price for the quality of diamond we were able to get.
