We went back to him to get it fixed, and again the ring did not look the way that we wanted, and when we were discussing the changes to be made, he told us that he really did not need our business because God gave him enough and he could give me attitude (I jokingly said we had beef) because he grew up with "kalay" in queens. Snapped in half three weeks later and she takes extremely good care of her jewelry. 3. Asked him to update my name plate last Christmas to include my son's name in addition to my daughters. Got the order wrong three times. My Christmas gift (ordered in September) was finally ready in may...and it was wrong (again). Once it was finally corrected based on the drawing we do together, it also snapped in half after 2 months. Over 4k too. Sucks I had to pay another jeweler hundreds of dollars to repair his shitty work but that's how much I will never go back here.
