"A clerical error" is what they said after holding my watch for a month. These people are scam artists. A $35 battery replacement, they charge you $90 and say they're doing something special with gas pressurization or whatever. I'd pay $425 to never have to deal with these people again if I'm being honest.

They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great.
