He never once made us feel pressured -- instead, he really took the time to educate us and guide us through the entire process. My ring was completely custom made, and he brought our vision to life perfectly. He walked my fiancé through every detail -- from the stone to the setting -- and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted while still staying within a comfortable budget. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and isn't just trying to make a sale. The craftsmanship is incredible. The ring is even more beautiful than I imagined, and the quality is flawless. It sparkles like crazy in every light (I literally can't stop staring at it). If you're young, first-time buyers, or looking for someone you can truly trust to create something custom and special, I can't recommend him enough. Such a smooth, positive experience from start to finish!

Within minutes of meeting Lauren and Juan we felt so comfortable, so relaxed and so confident in their jewelry knowledge and experience. It was such a wonderful experience working with them to create my perfect dream ring. I have NEVER met two people so dedicated as Lauren and Juan. They will completely go out of their way, and extend themselves beyond the call of duty to make their customers happy. After meeting them for just a few minutes, you feel like you are with friends. They take their time and will never give up (trust me) until you find exactly what you are looking for, and all their stones are gorgeous and top quality!! I drove them crazy, and they never once got angry or short tempered. I am a jewelry lover, and have found that most jewelers are simply in this business to make money. Lauren and Juan are in this business to make smiles!!!!!! I recommend them to EVERYONE!!

The store also has very limited availability to see. They also didn't have any natural diamonds to show. We wanted to see the spark between the shapes but all ring to show were made of cubic zirconia. How could you select a ring for 20K without even seeing the diamond and different shapes and how they spark. We settled on few shapes and lady told us she will follow up "tomorrow" and she never did. We had to contact her again, and then she responded that "it's been busy time" and we asked her some questions and same, long wait for response. We end up not getting a ring from this place. You are spending 20K on the ring and someone responds 5 days later and says "we are very busy". We went to another place and got a custom ring that is beautiful and service was way better.

They do not put pressure on you at all and truly take their time to explain anything and everything to you. The quality of their work and service surpassed anything my fiancé and I had hoped to find while looking for engagement rings. My fiancé and I went ring shopping together so that he had a good idea of what I'd love and to get my ring size. We went to many chains like Jared's, Kay, Helzberg and so on. In all those places we felt either pressured or like the rings all looked the same. I hate to say it, but I flat out just didn't see anything I really liked! I wanted my future husband to find me something that was reasonably priced and unique. All the rings looked the same and we felt like their wasn't much choice in diamonds and that the cost was just too high. Our last stop was Classy Diamonds. Right away we were treated very well. They have the most amazing settings. They have basic and typical settings but also have some very unique settings. They do custom work, too. Phil helped me narrow down my choices and helped me find a size that was comfortable. My fiancé returned several times to find the right diamond and make sure things were as perfect as possible for me. I can't tell you how many compliments I get! I get numerous compliments weekly on my ring. I absolutely love it and feel good knowing we received great service and that it was a great price. I stop in to get adjustments and cleanings whenever I want. We recently went to look at wedding bands and were given many choices to consider as well as a price quote. I really trust Ned and Phil to do great work and offer very competitive prices. I can't imagine going anywhere else for any jewelry need we ever have. I highly recommend coming here for any jewelry need you have!!!!!

Got the order wrong three times. My Christmas gift (ordered in September) was finally ready in may...and it was wrong (again). Once it was finally corrected based on the drawing we do together, it also snapped in half after 2 months. Over 4k too. Sucks I had to pay another jeweler hundreds of dollars to repair his shitty work but that's how much I will never go back here. So now I need to find a more reputable jeweler who will get my order right the first (or second time). Thank God I trust Kent Jewelers in the jewelry exchange because Ned is NOT it.
