The receptionist was courteous, and I vaguely remember her connecting me to Daniella who came to the front area when she called her. Before that I wandered through that showroom admiring the display of fine and interesting furniture and the overall ambiance. I was totally taken in. Daniella arrived smiling graciously and very matter-of-factly welcomed me into the fabric area. OMG! The array of samples, the tones, colors, variety and quantity. I am still surprised and proud that I walked out there with a decision. The end product rocks! Let me tell you why. Daniella is an expert at what she does. LISTENING to what I described as my need and interest. That is the skill of a professional. It must be understood that I was in fabric heaven and had to choose my robe, one prettier than the other. All I can say is Daniella had her head on in spite of my euphoria. I can go on but suffice it to say It was a moment at the fabric beach. The process of ordering/supplier contact was handled by my trusty designer. My take home orders were to take the materials with my cushions and pillows when they arrive to my upholsterer. Daniella's art of cording by size and effect also helped make the final project what was beyond my expectation. My home is a sweeter more beautiful living space than before. Daniella even understood and supported my idea to add motif planning with tiling that sealed my decor. I regret not paying her separately. .... And I did not overspend!!!!!

The location is pretty close to Willowbrook Mall, if you're not very familiar with the area, and it has a large parking lot. I posted a bunch of photos from my visit there. People seemed friendly and the vibe was good. I enjoyed checking it out and will go again. The one minor criticism I have, is that some of the items were more expensive than I expected. I'd still recommend checking them out, and there are definitely deals to be had if you shop around.

We didn't want something generic from pottery barn/ikea/etc. but were also discouraged to find that any vintage-style dresser of any decent quality was outrageously expensive. Lo and behold, my wife stumbled upon a posting for Vintage Lane on our neighborhood blog and we decided to check it out. We were so thankful we did! Not only does Carrie and her partner, who own the store, have great pieces, they are remarkably affordable. We found the perfect-sized dresser for our toddler's room and Carrie painted it for us for an extremely reasonable price (she also had to spend a lot of time getting the stain just right on top, so it was no small job). The piece came out looking fantastic. If you like vintage-style furniture (e.g. annie sloan /distressed/Brooklyn flea mkt/etc.), this place is for you. You'll find beautiful dressers/sideboards/cupboards/mirrors/etc. that are far more affordable than comparable items you'll find in any other stores/fleas. Also, the folks who run the store are exceedingly friendly and willing to work with you to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for. We will definitely be coming back.

The sales staff was helpful when I needed an opinion, but not intrusive. All the ladies seemed very knowledgeable and super friendly, but not overbearing. And they did a simple, tasteful gift wrap. Both Morristown and Fairfield locations also have huge outdoor furniture selections. Their teak sets are gorgeous and were on sale for a decent price. The Morristown store is my favorite with its unique outdoor secret garden-esque display area nestled in the back... wish I could've stayed with a book and glass of wine! And don't miss the building on the right, they have a nice selection of florals there. It smells so good I was almost fooled into thinking they were real. Definitely my new go-to place for gifts and home décor.

NO I REMEMBER YOU SAYING THE DRESSERS WERE DAMAGED. SO EVERY WEEK ITS A DIFFERENT STORY. I was told my bed would be in this week. The 10th, or 11th I called today now it's June 17th. I dont think im ever getting thos bed. Im 2 steps from saying cancel it and not pay them. This whole time through thos whole ordeal not one manager has offered anything to makeup for this ordeal. That is not how you do business. Instead of blaming new delivery system. And new delivery system blaming them. Why not try to keep a customer coming back. Offer us something. Throw in something for the aggravation. I will not be buying from here anymore. I hope administration sees this, or the higher ups. I, ofcourse, went with her to pick out something nice and offer my opinion. We went on a Saturday and returned back on a Wednesday, the 11th to make the purchase. As I called the actual store to find out the delivery date, which I found out was supposed to be for this past Sunday the 12th, I decided to place up our old furniture sofa and loveseat up for donation. Two extremely nice gentleman came Saturday evening and were able to pick up and carry out our sofa and loveseat out to Paterson for her home. Yesterday the delivery comes and the truck drivers are here within five minutes & decide it's too big to bring into our house. Mind you the sofa and loveseat that we donated were in fact a bit bigger and had no issues being taken out of our home on Saturday. I think they just didn't want to do the extra work. Sucks they missed out on a good tip for their hard work. As I get the round about today to the service department , I've been transferred to all different departments today to help solve this problem, I am told that the loveseat is not part of the order!! I was specifically with my mom when she made the order. The sales rep did not include it in the order. My mom wanted the whole set , sofa, love seat, center living room table and two end tables. A lapse of misunderstanding that results in the sales rep not earning what could have been a solid commitment. And of-course is not having any furniture at the moment having to start from scratch yet again. So now we have another issue. Oh and for the sofa to be delivered it would have to be broken down & reassemble and there would be an extra $180 for that service which was never disclosed to us when we first made the order in the first place. So as you can imagine I am frustrated and annoyed that I cannot get through to the sales person because he called out sick and we now have a living room with nowhere to sit. So I unfortunately had to post my experiences on social media and go in person today to cancel the entire order. The manager was kind and helpful and even refunded the taxes that were paid. But even though we were offered to select other items, the experience of this after waiting a whole month and three days to deal with this left a terrible taste. Such a shame because my mom was looking forward to having entirely new furniture to enjoy this holiday season and years to come. Such a disappointment.

Buying furniture should be an exciting experience, but this place managed to turn it into a stressful and frustrating nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted like helping customers was a burden. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and at times outright rude. The furniture looks nice in the showroom, but once it's delivered you quickly realize the quality doesn't match the price at all. It feels cheaply made and nowhere near what you'd expect after paying so much. What upset me the most was how the store responded when I tried to address the problems. Instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic concern, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It honestly felt like once they had the money, they simply didn't care anymore. After numerous phone calls and the games they played, I finally spoke to manager Spiro who blamed a leather couch falling apart after 3 months on me. Please look at the shocking pictures below that were sent to them and they didn't care. I regret spending my money here. This experience was frustrating, exhausting, and completely avoidable if the store actually valued its customers. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about buying furniture here to think twice and look somewhere else.

So I pay and upon looking at the receipt a different model purple matress is listed I go back in to ask why a diffent model is listed. After some back and forth they claim the wrong label was on the matttess and they could never sell this mattees for that low. Kind of felt like a bait and switch show the fancy mattress and deliver a cheaper version. Maybe it was an honest mistake but I thougnt I was getting an amazing mattress at a great deal and instead left disappointed and annoyed. Wont be buying my mattress here thats for sure

The staff throughout the store was underwhelming and it took us quite a while to find items we were looking for. The front end staff was really very helpful. At the pickup desk on the back of the store, there needs to be better management of time and staff. The few times I've been there, there is a long line to pickup product and the staff seemed very overwhelmed. I would come here with the intentions that it will take longer than you expect.
