Wow this review is not based on their business, it's based on their business practices. They are…read moreconstantly leaving flyers on cars in parking lots which end up all over the ground. I am not a fan of businesses that litter to this extent. Not to mention it is annoying to get in the car and find the windows have these flyers on them when you go to drive.

I had a month membership and had a difficult time getting an appointment for the sauna. With that , even after managing to get scheduled in, there are no showers to wash off all the toxins eliminated and how logical is it to reabsorb everything just sweat out? I just about fell over when I heard the staff tell a customer "Don't shower right away ... The toxins will still release" Wrong! Wash that poison off asap (rinse off immediately is the health industry recommendation and common sense). Fasting and juicing is undoubtable good for you, but going days on juice only and with no medical staff/dietician supervising...high cost/high risk... I'm not understanding how substantial, physical health claims and services are not regulated by licensing or require certification. Offering alkaline water is a wonderful feature ... not helping to wash out the bottles (ick!) is really just not sanitary.

I hadn't been here in a long time and decided to stop by for a grass jelly drink. Unfortunately,…read morethe customer service completely ruined my experience. After I ordered, I paid in cash. One of my $5 bills had a small piece of tape on the corner, and the cashier refused to accept it. I asked her to return my money so I could pay with my credit card. She simply placed my cash on the counter and walked away without saying a word. I found that extremely rude. She didn't ask whether I still wanted my drink or if I would be paying another way. Walking away and ignoring a customer doesn't solve the situation. I had to call her back and say, "Excuse me, since you don't want to take my cash, I'd like to pay with my credit card." She returned with an obvious attitude, turned the credit card terminal toward me, and walked away again before I had even finished paying. I was truly disappointed by how I was treated. A little courtesy and communication would have gone a long way. I hope the owner provides better customer service training because no customer should be made to feel like their business isn't appreciated. Sadly, I won't be returning because of this experience.

I'm a fan of herbal drinks and they make their grass jelly in-house. It's really refreshihng on a hot day and I like their OMG organic milk with grass jelly. And what makes it even better is that it's not too sweet.

I'm not used to CVS Pharmacies being pleasant. Sure they're professional, but that's about it. You…read morealmost have to be the perfect customer to have a neutral experience. I was so gobsmacked at the customer service today. While I was waiting, 3 different staffed asked to make sure I was being helped. The teamwork was actually collaborative about some next steps. There seems to be a nice group of staff here. They were busy but still had time to be concerned about their customers. I want to give a special shoutout to Massara, who was forthcoming with information I didn't know. She was giving me answers to questions I didn't know to ask, which NEVER happens anywhere anymore. As for the questions I did ask about, she did so with warmth, logic, and clarity. She even seemed happy to give me a flu shot. It's such a shame she's a traveling pharmacist. I am tempted to just follow her from location to location. I've scoped out so many CVS pharmacies (because I've moved states) and refuse to be treated like gum under a shoe. This is by far the best experience I've had in a pharmacy. This location created a loyal customer out of me.

I have been a registered nurse for 17 years, and based on my personal experiences at this CVS…read morepharmacy, I would not recommend this location to patients or members of the community. I have repeatedly felt judged and treated as though I am drug-seeking simply because I am proactive about filling my legitimately prescribed clonazepam, and I have had pharmacists at this location hang up on me during phone conversations. There is a serious reason I am diligent about maintaining continuity of this medication. In 2023, following an interruption in this medication, I experienced a tonic-clonic seizure and required a two-day hospitalization at UCLA Medical Center. Because of that experience, I make every effort to address my prescription before I am completely out. My concern about maintaining continuity is based on an actual medical event, not an attempt to obtain medication inappropriately. As an RN, I fully understand and respect a pharmacist's legal and professional responsibilities when dispensing controlled substances. I am not asking anyone to dispense medication improperly or disregard regulations. A pharmacist can tell a patient that a medication cannot yet be filled while still treating that patient with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. Hanging up on patients and making them feel stigmatized for taking a legitimately prescribed medication is unacceptable. After 17 years in healthcare, I know how important respectful communication is, particularly when dealing with patients who are concerned about interruption of an important medication. Based on the treatment I have personally received here, I cannot recommend this CVS pharmacy as a healthcare professional. I have escalated my concerns to CVS corporate and requested that the District Pharmacy Leader review the situation. I hope CVS takes these concerns seriously and addresses how patients are being treated at this location.
