I visited for a laser peel as discussed during my consultation. After performing the treatment, Sarah strongly pushed an add-on service I knew nothing about. I agreed out of inexperience, and that add-on alone cost an additional $900 on top of the original procedure. The results were minimal to none. Despite this, Sarah repeatedly assured me during and after the sessions that I "looked great" and that the treatments were effective. Based on her encouragement, I even had the procedure done a second time. Throughout the experience, Sarah was extremely pushy and sales-focused -- more like a used car salesperson than a skincare professional. I left feeling taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge in this area. This was not the honest, transparent care I expected. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. A while back, I purchased pre-sold services from this med spa discussed with my trusted practitioner/nurse I had a client relationship with. Unfortunately, before I could redeem most of the services, that practitioner left the med spa. Since then, I have been trying repeatedly -- through calls and messages -- to get a refund or to repurpose the funds toward alternate services. Despite my efforts, the owner/overseeing doctor, Dr Tonya Boudreaux, has not responded to my inquiries. At this point, I'm out a significant amount of money for services I can no longer receive with the promised practitioner, and I am left without any resolution. As a paying client, I expected at least communication and options, especially since holding prepaid funds without providing services raises concerns under California consumer protection act regarding prepaid services. Until this business addresses these concerns and honors its obligations to prepaid clients, I cannot recommend purchasing services here. read more

I had a wonderful experience here!! It started even before my very first appointment when I called to ask if my toddler could join me because she's out for summer to which they said ABSOLUTELY! Once we arrived to my appointment we were greeted with a warm welcoming and beautiful smiling faces! The staff were all very kind and courteous! Nice place, nice staff. But... their laser always gives trouble/breaks mid laser session. I feel like it's an old laser. Sev hair removal spa worked a lot better. She also rushes through it and I feel like since they barely do laser hair the nurses probably prefer filler etc... I don't know that's the vibe I get. read more

Super clean, professional and honest! Came here originally for a consultation for a VI Peel. Kelly the peel specialist advised to wait until fall due to summer sun damage with peels. I like that she didn't upsell me any products or services nor did she have me waste $300 on something I'd have to redo again in fall. I ended up trying Botox for my first time ever this visit and even though it was a small amount, I have noticed a huge difference and am definitely a believer now. She sold me on their compassion, incredible (frequent) promos and the extensive services rendered. I may have started with only Botox but over the past 5 years years I've entrusted their team to do my fillers (cheeks and lips), laser hair removal, chemical peels and more. I've waited a few months to write my review. I got Botox mid September, it is now almost mid Nov and my Botox is visibly wearing off. I've been to 4 or 5 placed in OC that I have gotten Botox before. This is most expensive $12/unit and the most I have been given at a time. First, I thought it was odd that I had to have a teleconference with a Dr before the injector came in. I told her I just wanted forehead lines done. She injected me maybe 6 places, every other place I have gotten to does multiple places to focus in on the forehead lines. I bought a Groupon to Gravity MedSpa and thought I would use it for the lazer hair removal. Well, when I went to have my first appointment, I was so impressed how nice and clean and how friendly everyone was. It is a beautiful spa and I was very happy because it is so close to my home. They have a new way with the lazer, you use this kinda like suction cup thing and I am telling you, it is almost painless. Like a little suction is all you feel. Love it and bought a bikini package after that. Then I saw all these women with beautiful eyebrows when I was checking out. So I looked into it and they had a sale, so I decided to make my thin eyebrows look much better. Well I had a consultation with Debe Greene. Oh my gosh, she is the nicest person ever. She was so sweet and explained to me everything they would do. I have to be honest. I was a little nervous because of course it is permanent. But after I booked my appointment and Debe penciled on my eyebrows for me to see, I was just amazed at how good it looked! Debe was so great because after she marked them and had me look at myself, I wanted them a little thinner. So she said no problem and was so sweet to change how they looked. After I was all done I was so excited! I now had these beautiful eyebrows and don't have to pencil them in anymore. They are amazing. And Debe is the BEST! I went back 6 weeks later for a touch up and she made them look even better. I am so glad I found this place. I have also booked an IPL lazer procedure for my face. To say I'm obsessed is an understatement. This is the place to go if you're looking for injectables! Especially if you're nervous for your first time! They got me in within two days of requesting an appointment, and the place itself is in the cutest area. It was my first time and I was pretty nervous, but Stephanie was phenomenal. I've heard horror stories of places that try to oversell or are dismissive of their clients. None of that here, Stephanie explained everything and was open to whatever it was that I was looking for. This Spa is clean and staff is very friendly. However....... I ended up having a left black eye for almost two whole weeks. It was recommended I have two filler treatments. First treatment went great. No bruising no swelling. Two weeks later I went back for my second treatment. What the heck happen!!!! My left under eye stayed bruised for almost two weeks. It was so dark concealer wouldn't cover any of it. I already had a trip planned out so I had to take it and I was miserable. I kept sunglasses on at all times and whenever I would remove them people just starred. ;(. Once I returned from the trip I sent a few pictures to the facility and never got a response. I feel as if they didn't care at that point. My recommendations: make sure you don't have a special event or trip two weeks prior to getting fillers. You just never know what your results will be. It's been about a month and frankly I don't see much of a difference with the fillers that I got. My personal experience, this was a waste of money. read more

About a year ago I received a laser hair removal at gravity Medspa. The RN that did the treatment severely left second-degree burns to my left under arm leaving five or more lines of scarring. I notified gravity Medspa and spoke with the nurse practitioner and was advised that it will eventually fade away. To this day I currently have scars under my left arm pit that literally looks like stretch marks. I did everything I was advised to do by the medical staff and came back a year later they took pictures but they won't take the responsibility of fixing their mistake. I never heard back from them again. I would not recommend this place. read more

It's so unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review, because the procedure, itself, was fine. However, I feel scammed and robbed, and Desiree's (Des) professionalism - or lack thereof - regarding the matter needs to be addressed. Before beginning my Scarlet Microneedling sessions, I was guaranteed that the only cost I would be responsible for was the needle-tip, and in return, my skin journey was going to be documented. During my first visit, I paid the agreed-upon amount and charged it to my credit card. It wasn't till my last appointment after the procedures had concluded and after all pictures had been collected that I was notified that Gravity had recorded my credit card information from my first visit and overcharged me HUNDREDS of dollars more for all subsequent treatments. I called the office after my last visit and asked to speak with Desiree, the manager, to clarify the matter. To my surprise, I was met with the most hostile and impolite encounter. Because the employee who allegedly misquoted me for Scarlet no longer works at Gravity, I was told that the offer of the one-time payment was not going to be honored. To add insult to injury, Desiree even suggested I seek out her former employee and "figure something out." She took absolutely no accountability, continuously spoke over me, engaged in a side-conversation with another employee when I did manage to get a word in, and condescendingly stated that it was common knowledge that the deal I was supposed to receive was impractical. I never signed any documentation agreeing to these new charges, nor did I ever sign off on a credit card authorization giving Gravity permission to repeatedly bill my credit card. I requested that Desiree send me any paperwork proving otherwise; she said she would do so while I was still on the phone with her. Then, she hung up on me... That was four days ago, and I've yet to hear back from her. For the most part, my experience with this company wasn't completely terrible. The facility is nice and most of the staff I interacted with were friendly and I believe to be skilled in their practice. My overall concern for clients is when something goes awry in the billing department and how it's handled (or not handled). Dr. Boudreaux, I'm not certain if your phone calls are monitored and recorded, but if they are, it would be worth listening to my phone conversation with your manager for training purposes, as well as utilized as an example of how not to act in the workplace, especially when it comes to a client's finances. read more

I've been getting monthly hydra facials from Leah for a few months now and my skin has never been happier! I usually have really dry skin but since I've been going, I feel like my face is plump and very hydrated. Leah is the sweetest to talk to and she genuinely cares about what she's doing. She takes her time each time and I've never caught her in anything but the happiest mood! She's AMAZING!! I look forward to my monthly facials and have gotten so many compliments on how great my skin looks. Recently, I got an IPL facial and botox from Michelle and I'm SUPER happy with those results as well. I bought a package of 6 laser hair removal treatments. I recently finished my last treatment. I gave 1 star because even though the hair loss is almost 100% effective and despite the friendly staff and clean offices, I was literally BURNED In a sensitive area. It has been over 12 weeks and the scar is still visible. I brought it to their attention and showed before and after pIctures and I didn't even get an apology, they actually didn't even seem to care. The nurse did say they would lighten up the next visit and if I needed to they would pay for an extra visit but I will pass. read more
