I am really disappointed to have to leave a bad review for this business. I called to schedule an appointment with my wife. I confirmed it was a 45 minute session for $125 no less than 3 times. I usually don't confirm as vigorously, but because I couldn't find pricing information on their website I felt it was a good idea. When my wife gets there the receptionist confirms the 45 session, but then technician says the machine only runs for half an hour. Afterwards my wife goes to pay and they charge her the full $125, even though our agreement was $125 for 45 minutes in machine. I asked my wife to go back and get it prorated ($84 for the session seen as it was shorter than was the scheduler had told me). She then gets an earful from both the receptionist and the technician. 1. Our machine only goes for 30 minutes 2. You don't understand all that goes into prepping and cleaning the machine 3. The person making the appointment shouldn't be different from the person at the appointment 4. We've never had this problem before excuses...excuses....excuses... Essentially they decided that rather than admitting THEY had made the mistake and taking responsibility for it, they felt the need to explain their business model and make US pay for the mistake. The whole reason why I scheduled for my wife is she is having health issues and can't do things for herself right now. I can't understand why businesses can't take accountability for their own mistakes. At the end of the day, it was a relatively small dollar amount, so I don't care too much, but I want to warn anyone else considering this business, IF THEY ARE THIS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH FOR A ROUTINE $125 APPOINTMENT, BEWARE OF GOING HERE FOR ANYTHING MORE COSTLY, IF THINGS DON'T GO SMOOTHLY YOU WILL GET SCREWED. Oh, and to top it off, they left the blinds open while my wife had to undress, she didn't know how to close them, so she squatted on the floor for privacy. Wowza ... I went in a 55 kinda sad tired drooping to Literally a hot 35 bright sexy & extremely happy. Dr Shienlin is a master sculpture. She is a gorgeous woman with the most confident yet gentle hands. BTW I'm horrified of needles ... I get that queasy achy Omg Im gunna faint ... but she just was a smooth operator! I have two co -workers that I noticed looked so rested and 'glowing' they both had come to see Dr S @ Laguna Aesthetics . Each nurse and office coordinator were so upbeat fun and Very informed. I felt like I got every penny I spent given the best product and application to fill & lift my face & Hands! It's a Thing! No one does hands! Amazing, amazing service from the nurses, receptionist to the wonderful Dr. Ellis. My wife wasn't getting any circulation going to her feet. She was able to work with my insurance even when my insurance was rude to her, she still fought for my wife because she knew that she needed it. We left yesterday for the check up and can I tell you she is healing nicely. I totally recommend getting your veins removed from Dr Ellis and her amazing staff. I can't remember the nurses name that is a Gemini but these two are amazing. I will be back to try fillers. amanda is AMAZING!! i have asymmetrical eyes and one is much more hooded then the other, i wanted to get surgery to fix it but she makes it so much better with botox alone its crazy. she's literally a botox artist, she also aims for a natural look and encourages to start with less and then i come in to add more if i feel i need it which i really appreciate because i've had bad experiences with injectors in the past. i also have an asymmetrical jaw because of tmj and she recently helped even out my jaw w botox as well. her work has made me so much more confident and feel happier when i look in the mirror. read more

However, over the last 4-6 months or so, things seem to have changed. Very cute small professional affordable medspa. I came in for laser scar removal, steroid shot, and micro-needling, I was afraid of how costly the entire procedure would be but when she gave me the estimate it was definitely lower than I assumed! Perhaps because I used to live in Los Angeles everything was so expensive up there, I'm so glad I found a new medspa to go to that offers the same luxury treatments and service for a lower price.
