Chanel was fantastic, she explained what she was about to do before each step and walked me through the products she was using, which a really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal. I have gone to multiple lip injectors in the past few years and had been left with overfilled/even lumpy lips on the inside. Honestly, I was scared to have them injected again because they never came out quite right. I had a duck/fishy profile that I was really self conscious of. After discussing my options with Asmita, we came to the conclusion that essentially a restart/dissolve would be the best approach to achieve the look I desired. Of course, I opted for some much-needed overdue Botox and a lip flip to really complete the transformation. Her personality and transparency made me feel less afraid of the whole process and comfortable to be there. She's genuinely there to make you feel more confident, not focused on upselling or pressuring products you don't want or need. The office is beautiful and bright as well. Everyone I met there was friendly and welcoming. They also offer weight loss shots which I thought was amazing and convenient. I got the Meyers cocktail with one more add on and I felt amazing. The doctor pulled out all the vile of vitamins that I requested and injected them in the bag in front of my own eyes. This was to assure me nothing was being cut from my request. In addition the treatment area is so beautiful with a giant TV and fancy recliner chairs. They even have Netflix, complimentary Fiji water and all sorts of high quality beverages. To top it off they gave me a 15% discount. have gone to many different places for IV Hydration and some I felt did not provide enough of the vitamins requested, some do not know how to insert a needle without making it painful and some try to up sale you. When looking for a new place to try I found SM Drip and I read about Dr. Joseph Seif and all his acolytes. They are a new spot in the OC, and I happened upon them after frequenting another med spa in the area. The day I went to check them out, the owners were both there.
