Based on her encouragement, I even had the procedure done a second time. Throughout the experience, Sarah was extremely pushy and sales-focused -- more like a used car salesperson than a skincare professional. I left feeling taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge in this area. This was not the honest, transparent care I expected.

My mom recently passed away, and one of the last things I needed to take care of was her OrangeTwist account. I called the San Juan location, explained that my mother had passed away, and asked what could be done with her balance. The receptionist was unsure but told me the manager, Allison, would contact me. I completely understood this was an unusual situation and had no expectation it would be resolved instantly. Allison eventually emailed me, confirmed the balance was over $1,200, and told me the credit could be transferred to my account. I agreed and explained that I now live in Texas, asking if I could use the credit at an OrangeTwist near me. I even shared how much my mom loved going to OrangeTwist San Juan. Then she completely disappeared. I followed up on September 13 and again on September 18. Three emails over two weeks. No response. I was incredibly patient because this was not something I wanted to spend my time fighting about while grieving my mom. I simply assumed someone would eventually get back to me. I was too nice. When I finally called, Allison was unavailable and I was told someone would call me back. While explaining the situation, I heard another employee say, "I'll talk to her." I appreciated her willingness to speak with me, but what she told me directly contradicted what Allison had previously told me in writing. I was told the credit could NOT be transferred and that I would have to return to that specific location to use it because they "know the situation." I was also given another workaround that made absolutely no sense and left me uncomfortable with the entire situation. At that point, I simply requested the funds be returned. I was told Allison would call me, but was given no timeline or answers. I was also told she had been out sick. I completely understand people getting sick, but two weeks with no response and no one else at the location taking ownership of a grieving customer's emails? That is unacceptable. Thankfully, I eventually contacted corporate, and the difference was night and day. Corporate responded quickly, was compassionate and apologetic, and resolved everything immediately. They transferred the funds to my personal OrangeTwist account so I can use them at a location near me. The manager of the Texas location even personally called to apologize and make things right. That is what customer service should look like. I genuinely appreciate corporate and the Texas manager for ultimately taking care of me. But it should never have taken weeks, multiple unanswered emails, phone calls, conflicting information, and an escalation to corporate to accomplish something the San Juan manager had already told me she could do. What makes this especially upsetting is that this wasn't just a routine customer-service issue. This involved my mother who had just passed away. I was trying to wrap up one of the last remaining pieces of her affairs. I wasn't being demanding or impatient. I gave them plenty of time and grace. I simply needed someone to communicate with me. My mom supported this business for nearly a decade, and knowing how much she loved going to OrangeTwist makes the lack of communication and compassion even more disappointing. Sometimes customer service is about more than policies and procedures. It's about recognizing there is a human being on the other side of the email. This could have been resolved with one email. Instead, I had to repeatedly follow up, explain my mother's passing multiple times, receive conflicting information, and ultimately escalate to corporate. I wasn't initially going to leave a review, but I feel this experience deserves to be acknowledged. This goes beyond a simple customer-service mistake. Very disappointing, to say the least. I hope the San Juan Capistrano location learns from this experience.

It didn't hurt that Dr. Klein actually invented the Tumescent Lipo technique! I must say, I was not one bit disappointed with my decision. The day of the procedure I felt zero pain and was fully relaxed. My case was actually a bit harder because I had gotten CoolSculpt in the past and as a result, had scar tissue throughout my abdomen. Dr. Klein spent the extra time necessary to make sure my results were perfect. I am two days post procedure and could not be happier with the results!!! Additionally, the treatment room felt more like a doctor's office than a med spa. The environment lacked the relaxing, comfortable atmosphere I would expect for this type of service. Ultimately, I'm happy with the treatment results, but the experience itself fell well short of expectations. The IV insertion and resulting bruising were particularly disappointing, and I would expect a much higher standard of care and comfort.

Instead, after spending over $3,000 on PDO threads for my face and neck, this has turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Months after the procedure, I developed visible drooping on the front right side of my neck, along with a lump and a sensation of a loose thread under the skin. When I came in to have it looked at, the nurse acknowledged this was not normal and said a correction might be done at no charge. However, I was later told by the owner that I would need to pay an additional $600 to fix it--which was extremely disappointing given that this appears to be an issue from the original procedure. To make matters worse, I followed up via email with my concerns and never received a response. Aftercare and communication should be a basic part of any procedure, especially at this price point. I also feel it's important to mention that during the procedure, the nurse penetrated into my mouth with the thread. This was alarming and could have led to infection. I managed it myself with saltwater rinses and thankfully it healed, but that situation could have gone very differently. This experience made it clear how dependent this procedure is on the practitioner's skill and the level of care provided afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

The monthly memberships are surprisingly affordable for the benefits you get. Time for red saunas are for one person only, very clean, and I can get some good meditation and stretching in the heat plus the added bonus of infrared therapy - you can choose the color as well. I work long and odd hours, and I'm also training and getting back into shape, so this place is amazing for Ivy therapy and my most dreaded, but the best feeling - cryotherapy chamber. However, the best part are the workers - they are so friendly and knowledgeable and I love the nurse - I am so bad with names, but she's been there forever. She is so good with IVs and just so sweet and kind. I especially trust her since she is actually from one of the local hospitals and has worked in ICU. The monthly membership is in the form of credits - 4 credits for a base IV +2 basic nutrients, and each wellness treatment like infrared sauna, infrared therapy - just a strong red light therapy that you're standing in front of for 20 minutes, cryotherapy it's only one credit. That is an absolute steal. I have gone to other Ivy therapy places such as hydration room, and I have to say that hydration room has lots of locations, they are much more expensive, and Restore has more interesting blends. They also have the ability to set up with red light therapy at the same time you're getting IV or do compression (Normatec) so you get a lot more for the time you're spending here. All in all, I'm super grateful for this location and I would recommend it for anyone who has health needs. I think the only downside is their limited hours since they don't open till 10 AM on the weekdays.I

I really wanted to kind of spoil myself after my 150lb weight loss and just look refreshed. Aesthetically I have received Botox, Lip injections, fillers in my under eyes and my cheeks. I am not fond of needles of any kind and really get anxiety getting any kind of injection. I told this to Dr. Sedghi upfront and she knew exactly how and when to explain things to me and what to omit so my anxiety did not get the best of me. It was so refreshing to have someone know how to mitigate my nerves! My results are simply incredible and she never sold me on 'doing more' instead wanting to see how things settle and revisiting in a few weeks especially for the lips. I also received a microneedling session that has really improved my skin texture and am saving to do some PRP therapy for my scalp and skin as well. I have now done some research on other services that she offers and am doing NAD+ injections and peptide therapy in addition to hairloss therapy from my weight loss, which is Viviscal PRO and the Viviscal shampoo and conditioner. if you are having hair problems DO NOT sleep on viviscal pro y'all! I have only been doing the NAD+ and the peptide therapy for a VERY short while but my sleep pattern and my energy have already improved significantly. I cannot recommend Dr. Sedghi enough. She truly cares about the wellbeing of her patients first and foremost and is so knowledgeable about her craft! I highly encourage you to make an appointment before she starts getting booked up for summer!
