I purchased the $69.99 facial special that I found on Facebook. While the facial itself was decent, the overall experience left me disappointed. The service was advertised as a one-hour facial, but the actual facial lasted only about 45 minutes. The final 15 minutes were spent on an extremely high-pressure sales pitch for skincare products. The girl repeatedly tried to sell me a $399 eye cream and used several tacky sales lines such as telling me that "all of my friends would be jealous." When I declined, she was very aggresive and began adding incentives, including face wash and what she described as a "coupon that's like gold." After I continued to say no, she brought out a box of the eye cream that had a small crinkle in one corner of the box and claimed she could discount it from $399 to $299 because of the damaged packaging. The crinkle was barely noticeable, and the whole interaction felt sleazy. Did anyone else get the damaged box line? Once it became clear that I wasn't going to purchase anything, she seemed frustrated. At checkout, she tried to say that I had additional services that I had never had. When I pointed out that I had only booked the promotional facial and had no additional services, she dropped it. I'm not sure what she was trying to do there. To be fair, the facial itself was decent, and I don't want to criticize the esthetician's technical skills. However, the aggressive sales tactics and attempted upselling overshadowed the experience. If I were the esthetician, I would be concerned about the impact this business model could have on her professional reputation & repeat customers. The facial was absolutely amazing so that was good. I bought a bottle of a skin mask and it is fine but not amazing. What makes me give the three stars is the uncomfortable pushy salesmanship. High pressure sales techniques that made me feel like I was buying a used car. The man (can't remember his name) that helped me resorted to insulting me to try to get me to make a very expensive purchase for a machine that online info states does not provide the results promised. He told me I "didn't care" about my skin enough to buy his product. Couldn't wait to get out of this place. I did purchase a cream that was supposed to help with under eye bags and darkness and it hasn't helped at all. Just got done with my facial and the entire staff was fantastic!! I highly recommend !! I'm editing my review as it felt like I couldn't leave unless I left a review. I wanted to say that Rosa gave me a nice facial. But the guy said don't leave a single persons name just say the staff. But after the hard sell to buy $400 eye cream everything was just too much and uncomfortable. They kept telling p me that I buy clothes why not invest in my face. He showed me a receipt from a "customer" who just spent $8,000 and told me I needed to invest more in my face than I do for rent. I felt really uncomfortable the entire time. read more

Me and friend just came to visit San Clemente for the day and walked in Skinsync and had an amazing service. The people were so nice. The next following weekend I had facial and neck done and my skin feels so soft and refreshed. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I scheduled a facial appointment more than two weeks in advance and received confirmation that my appointment was booked. The day before the appointment, I began receiving messages about changes to the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I did not have access to my phone for several hours and was unable to respond immediately. When I eventually reached out to the company, I had difficulty getting in contact with anyone. Once I finally spoke with a representative the following day, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled, despite having been previously confirmed. As someone with a very busy schedule, I set aside specific time for this appointment and expected the company to honor its commitment. Instead, my appointment was canceled without adequate accommodation, and I was simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. There are many businesses offering similar services, and customer service and reliability matter. Based on my experience, I found the scheduling and communication practices disappointing and unprofessional. I would encourage prospective clients to consider this before booking an appointment. read more

I came across this somehow on IG and I had the most amazing facial done. I have been to some nice places before but this one takes the cake. From the great double cleanse, to the steam and using different products and my fav was the facial part where it smelled amazing and I got a scalp massage and neck and shoulders.
